  2. hi guys,which a arms and what spring rate are u using for tt? i understand that it also depends on rider weight,track and conditions ect ect. my weight is 65kg,i prefer the shocks to be a bit on the hard side as nose diving in every turn,any sugestions?
  3. im street legal,but as of the end of last month is the end of 2 strokes on the streets here,if youve allready got one then its ok,ha ha ha ha! now the only way to have a new registered shee on the street is with a 4 stroke motor,not my thing,but a freind of mine has a shee with a tuned ktm 640 motor! must say its fcukin quick! i think hes pushin about 70 ponies? streetlegal! you should move to germany!!!!!!
  4. kfx has no chance even against a stock shee no shit,be confident in yourself and give him a 20 meter head start,ull still piss on him,kfx has loads of bottom end but nothing middle and up,its a fcukin elephant!

  15. aluminium magnet ,take the motor apart,save yourself tears later when the new top end eats old piston,ive also got the same dilema at the moment after my melted piston,because there is a sort of grey slime in the crank house,maybe from mixing with the piston,coolant fluid,petrol an oil? . i dont know,but anyway im not takin any chances,and while im there im gonna put my rd 400 rods in and blaster pistons seeya.
  16. hi there,can anyone tell me why are there 3 different dyna fs,1987-94, 95-96, 97-03, is it poss to use an earlier modell cdi to gain more power because i think (if im right) maybe the older shees gave better power? is the new shee a bit tamed down on the cdi? any input would be appreciated....

  18. well i think chrome is harder than powdercoat,powder coat is a bit like a mixture of paint and hard plastic, is harder wearing than paint,and available in lots of cool colours,chrome is for harlys ,anodizing/powder/polishing is for shees
  19. hi there,i wanted to anodize my wheels,so i spoke to a guy at an anodizing firm and he looked at them and said the quality of the wheels is not good enough to do,he sez itl ruin em? i dont believe him,what do u guys think,have u anodized douglas??
  20. wouldnt cost me a penny,my boss has every machine poss, just no cnc machine(yet),but if the pwks are better then maybe i get some,how much do they cost? do they look standard( cos they must!) would they be suited for a longrod ported stroker? or too small. im not talking about mega hp, when finnished maybe 55-65 hp?
  21. hi,i want to bore my carbs out to 28mm,has anybody done it or know if its worth it? ive heard that the 28mm is a very capable performer,any links to the subject would be appreciated,thanks.
  22. so if i put my 400 rods on the standard crank,all i need is blaster pistons?am i right,my head is milled,i dont need to reshape the domes do i? while im here,has anybody got the part no for tz350 main bearings?
  23. maybe your carb is not exactly straight on the intake? (vertically i mean)
  24. get a long 8mm bolt,a washer,and an assortment of small(1" and 2") peices of tube,the tube must be bigger diamiter as the wrist pin. put the washer on the bolt and a piece of tube and if u can find a bit of old tyre tube to cussion the tube against the piston.post the bolt together with washer,pipe,rubber through the wrist pin and screw the nut on the other end,be carefull that the nut doesnt scrape on the piston,and start tightening the bolt from the tube side,as the pin starts to come out u may run out of thread on the bolt so take it out again and put the longer bit of tube on,under no circumstances should u hit or shock the piston or pin or rod,you could cause more problems than u solve.by the way the nut and bolt i use is a metric thread,fits perfectly up to the wristpin without toutching the piston,i hope this helps u.
