Yah, its messy but figuring out what goes where isnt the problem, i just want to know what I can get rid of. so is it a good idea to just keep the 3 wires connected to the plug that goes to the TORS instead of snipping? Id rather have too much wire then not enough I will post a picture when I get it all cleaned up, just cause thats pretty messy! sort of a before and after..

do i just disconnect the box by unplugging it? or can i cut all of the wires back that go to it? I believe the 2 wires I would be cutting would be... one going to the thumb throttle (which i have twist) and the other going to the kill switch? My question is just can I follow those and cut them where they start? or will that cause me to lose spark..

would the TORS box be the lil black one by the top left hole for the gas tank? Just want to make sure before I pull it

as you will see, my wiring harness is really messed up. I took all the electrical tape off that the previous owner had applied, and I am going to clean everything up, and solder wires that arent connected well.. etc.. I just installed a TORS removal kit, so i'm sure some of this crap can go.. I also have a twist throttle if that matters. What can go? What must be connected SOLID so i have no more loss of spark sorry for the HUGE picture but I feel it makes it easier to tell me.. also you will notice my left pipe rubbing on the head.. Any ways to fix??

I love my shee, but it needs a sister! Actually I want to try and get one for cheap for friends to ride so when I go riding I have some friends to go with. I just dont like driving somewhere by myself to ride with people I dont know. My friends that ride either have blasters, dirt bikes, or 4x4's... So I need to have someone keeping up with me.

I will check that out today, I actually think my motor is slightly offset, i noticed that one day while adjusting the allignment on the front wheels.

i just found the pic of carbs and circled them... I dont have pics of my own, digi cam has no juice left. I just realized that the left one in the picture is backwards, didnt catch that before I posted. So the if im looking at the carb with the choke on it (left carb) its the little circle peice that is in the very center left and right wise, and just about even with the gas line input.. correct?

I am going to add my tors removal kit tonight. Want to make sure I do everything right, where do I drill the holes for the idle screws? Is this correct? Just dont want to start drillin and mess up.. :-\

I havent read all the posts because I gotta get going to bed, early day tomarrow.. BUT I feel that the site is fairly spam free. Most users you see have more then 50 posts, which means they are coming back for something and not just talking trash. However, I cant think of how to do this because I'm not computer smart enough to, but make it so you can only have 1 user name per IP address. That way you dont have multiple accounts for 1 person to spam with, and also it makes it so people dont forget their names and make new ones etc.. Paying for this site in my mind, I would... But some people cant. I know when I first got my shee I probably asked 50 questions on here, and now I can answer alot of them! we are passing on the knowlege, its a huge knowledge base and we are all input on it. If someone wants to ask a quick question, or post something for sale... Let them, whats it hurting? If you see someone spamming, get their IP, block the account, and they can never sign up or use it again.. its a privilage. Main point is, some people can pay, some people cant.. How are they going to know if they want to pay if they cant use the site? I dont stumble upon a site and be like, oh ya.. $10 a month, sure why not.. I have no idea what its about..but sure! But also this information is to be shared, I want everything I say to be open to the public, and I hope everyone else feels the same. Bottom line, the HQ is the most helpful site ive ever been to. i spend 1/2 my time while I'm at home just browsing the site.. Not to mention if I have any questions, people are doing the same and answer almost instantly. But charging, will keep the best, but also shut out the new. I bought it 2 years ago. But I have been looking for a shee to part out for a while and just found an 88 that I want to buy, but its better then mine. So I'm thinking buy that, swap some parts so its better, and part out my 87...
