how do you install new cylinder sleeves? did you bore and hone the sleeves your self? what tools did you use?

well what iv read so far iot coulkd take a million posts for you to know what exactly could be done. so do some research. i can polloish and weld most things on the bike for you with the barder system if you wat too, jugs, boost bottle, covers. im lookin for shock covers and maybe a front bumper if you would like to trade or barder ith something. do some research on lighteniong your flywheel, and shaving your head if you want cheap $$ things to do for your trail riding performance.

i have axcess to a cnc punch and i know the guy at my work will help me out if i can make the program to run it. i cant decide on a design for it. i dont want to inhibit the air flow thats the only rule. i was wondering if any of you guys had any suggestions on what is good. if you come up with a good one a few people want some i could make up a program and make a few of them. i seen some like flames and stuff but they dont even cove half the rad. anyone?
