I have Trinity 2:1 carb, 35 mm carb, it says use high volume inline fuel filter...is this the right one? And is this ok to have my radiator hose touching the radiator like that? Dont remember if the coils get hot or if i'm good to go..? ***edit, forgot pics

I've seen a set of carbon fiber WRAPPED gas tanks on ebay, I think its red, just type banshee red, you will get something. Thats just the tank, I would contact the person selling it though and see if they or the person they get them from will make full plastics. Real carbon fiber is very strong yes, but I talked to a guy I know that uses it and makes things out of it. He said that I could make my plastics, it wouldnt be that hard, but the only problem is that with carbon fiber if you were to wreck and have your shee tumble, you are looking at BREAKING the plastics instead of it bending to absorb the rolling. So basically it will snap instead of bend. In order to make the plastics you would need to make a 2 piece mold out of everything. (TOP AND BOTTOM) and then start from there.. Another method would be to cover your current plastics in a wrap, which would be easier then making a mold and the whole thing out of it, but would still be hard to do.. Mainly because its hard to make an air tight seal around it and hook a vacuum up to your plastics.. They are just akward

The guy from Trinity said that the difference obviously is the 35 is larger, more fuel, more air.. more power.... However it is harder to jet then the 33. He said if yo have a stock motor (no porting) go with 33, but since I am going to port mine this winter, he said 35 mm, in the end.. will give me more power. SO, i figured it either pay it now, jet it... or buy the 33, and upgrade next year for $200.... you choose.

Now I have to get my hands on a fill so I can fill off the lip on the carb, for some odd reason they make it so it wont fit, then tell you to fill it down... ?? now that I think about it, they make a 33mm kit and a 35mm kit, i got the 35, so the 33 probably fits perfect, and the 35 needs filling...WHO KNOWS!! All I know is I cant wait to get out of work today!!

remove the carbs, boots are now exposed. remove the boots, down to the reeds.. Now we install the 2:1 intake mounting it onto the reeds.. And while we are at it, put that new monster in there.

Got my shipment in, yaya! It was the trinity CV manifold single carb setup with 35mm carb. Here are some pics of install and comparison.. The new... The old... space taken up by crappy stockers!

I'm at about the same, i wont be more then 100 ft above, i live in michigan.

I am looking for either a stock hose, or red for the gas cap. Mine broke.. Or I may buy a billet gas cap if someone has one for a good price.

UPS guy stopped by and dropped me off my beloved Trinity Single carb setup, nearly cried.. I went with the 35 mm carb, because I plan on porting this winter.. So jetting is gonna be a challange. Anyone that has done this with a 35mm and no porting, contact me or post. I want to see what kinda jets you ran. My mods are listed in my sig, take a look at tell me what you think I should start with.. They gave me 185 and 190's, plus whatever is in there right now.. maybe 180's? and they gave me 50's and 55's, then whatevers in there currently.. I will probably just try all 3, single carbs are so much easier to jet
