DUNEDEMON I am running 5 inch over swing arm. I am old man so my thinking is stock valuing is ok for my riding style but the spring is to soft for the added length. My preload is all but maxed out also. Do I need a different spring rate and with a progressive wind? What would the cost be ballpark? Some insight would be great.

Fusion works best without primer. It's etch into the plastic with the chemicals in the paint That's why it's called FUSION plastic paint. Just look at my shee. No primer Just 4 coats of Black Fusion. Clean it and paint. It flex pretty good I think for a 12 dollar paint job.

Thx Guys I set it at about 1/4 inch square them up with bars straight and used a long straight edge to center on the rear wheel than set the toe in seammed to work great.

Well than take the silencer off and if the sparks are still there than you better pull the head and See. If it stops than you can clean and repack your silencer. But I know I would not sleep at night wondering about engine failure.

I like to use the Mirco fish at www.bikebandit.com for stock parts. If i remeber right that gear does have some play ( wobble side to side) it doesn't play a major in the engines normal opertion, so some play should be ok. Did you lose the c clip that holds it on. was it in the botton of the clutch cover. if so replace it with a new one. It came off for a reason.

Here is a pic of a modifed stock timing Plate I had machined by my friend at work. It's cut 4.5mm deeper on the counterclockwise side for about 4.5 degree. Does your plate look like this one. If so you can demel it by hand to get more timing out of them stocker.

Looking for some info on this spec. How much is needed. shee need to be weighted or tires off the ground? make a differnce if it's a Duner,drag or mx riding styles.Does swing arm length change anything? How do you measure it.

Your Plan on fuel or octane levels? Target PSI ?

I would call Matt at Shearer and or email them ask the what size oring dia to use. I have K&S gasket set and My shear when right on. Maybe the FMF are little bigger dia.

Put alittle oil on the oring and push it on Don't be a wimp

Thx Tommey, It's Not a Show shee but It's Nice Duner workhorse. After your paint cures real good. To Clean it, an Old trick is Lemon pledge furniture polish, Paint & seat will looks great,It cleans off easyer after you get it dirty too. Also good & Cheap.
