  1. Firehead I get alittle water on the floor boards but I Durbak the inside or the whole tub. So i never worried about it. But under the flat dash the lower lips is like a J channel and can hold alittle water and runs out but both front speaker grills. it must be the windsheild gasket and the window frame is holding water and leaking inside of front dash steel plate in the center of the dash just above the stereo. Can i drill a drian hole? maybe on the sides
  2. Just took the cover off and had a peek . Looks clean, I also removered the drian spout and it was clean so I need to look into the winsheild gasket? and cowl ribber are the only other way it can get water to the middle of tha Dash.

  4. OK here is the Story. One day my stereo quits on me, I check the power & ground there ok to the head unit. So I drop it off at the repair shop and a few hour I get a phone and they tell me it was major water damage. So I should get a new one. That when my light comes on. It rained here like 3 weeks straight and my dash leaks in the jeep. So what can cause this? Possibilities? Solutions? My thinking is the cowl rubber is 12 years old? But are there other causes?

  6. Well here it is. Your Wrong. If you have a Stock Pipe and it makes power to 7000 rpm and than falls off, shee is going 69 mph at this piont. You add a new pipe that will let the motor rev to a new higher level of rpm at 9700 rpm. OK you still with me. If said stock gearing is 14/ 41is a ratio of 2.92x 7000=69mph than what do you get when you do 2.92 to 9700rpm? Since i am not great a math but if you Add more Rpm You WILL add topend. Plan & simple.
  7. you are talking about the Big Lock nut that is in the lower frame that holds the bearing in. Find the thread caser that JJ showed you that will work to clean it up. they look round but are square in shape. Good luck.

Banchetta You are right you have no dip. you also have no peak power after about 8700 rpm and it just falls off. where big blue Passion 12 port dips alittle at 8900 to 9700 and than it start to climb to max peak that is at 10400. So can you still say that a Stock ignition not to blame if your motor don't even get to that RPM level? at leased that is what i see.

Well I feel My friend Sredish miss alittle info, I don't believe that one can Pick a Pipe by riding style 100% when it has been Ported and it looks like he was going for top end power by the statment of need ( Get it going) if the old owner was thinking cpi he was looking for topend power. I would get the CPI's Finish what he started. Toomey T5 for a cheaper choice OR Shearer Or rocket's If he ported and spent 800 than I am thinking TOPEND .
  21. I very Cheap Mod that yields Great power is removing your head and sent it to Booman for a Mill job. Worth every Penny . Don't waste the money on a Boast bottle they are All bling and No power increases what so ever,
  22. For play 4 degree is just right. If you plan to race and have the other parts to support more timing you will see a power benfit but it comes with more heat too. But a drag racer doesn't care Because after his 6 second run his bike is off and cooling down.
