  1. Rocky mountain has kit that will mount it in the back. $20 or so. Cotteneyedjoe makes a nice piece that will mount it in the front, do a search on here for his website.
  2. Contact Jim Smart on the HQ (passionre). passionracingengines.com. I think he does them for $55 a set. Add wisecos for $145-$160 a set, depending on the size.
  3. Thanks for the help, I guess I need to get off of my dead ass, and pull the carbs off. Are these correct jets for stock carbs? http://www.vitosperformance.net/BANSHEE.HT...S-MIKUNI%20CARB
  4. I have a '96 I picked up about 8 months ago, it is my first banshee. The plugs are very black, and fouled two sets this summer. Im not sure what mains I am running, I plan on getting a tors removal kit before I yank the carbs for the first time. My logic is that I can run it somewhat rich, and not grenade the motor, while in my two stroke learing curve. My question is, how rich is too rich, it runs great except it bogs in sixth only. Any help is greatly appreciated.
  5. Im not sure about perfect jetting, since its ported, but I heard 4-6 sizes on the mains with the clamp ons. As where to get them, rocky mountain atv is the cheapest I have found.
  6. Hi Everyone, I currently have t4s on my 96, and I just found the upgrade page on toomey where I can trade in my t4s for a new set of t5s for $275/$375, unfinished or chrome. I plan on porting eventually (Eric Gorr woods port) and hear the t5s respond extremely well to porting. Does anyone have experience with both pipes? Any help is greatly appreciated.
  7. Do you have pics of the coolant bottle relocator or the nerfs?
  8. If it aint a show quad, as mentioned above, automotive heater hose and 2 hose clamps work great.
  9. I dont have the snorkel and my air box is ported, I have uni foam filter with foam outerwear. I ride in some nasty stuff, mud and water and lots of mud, and havent had a problem.
  10. I agree. Heater hose and hose clamps work great.
  11. I run klotz 32:1 no problems ever. Klotz is awesome. You are running 42:1, seems a little lean in my opinion.
  12. I agree here. The screws on top of the tors are your idle adjustment screws.
  13. Thanks for the help guys, I let it sit overnight in the garage, and it fired right up today. Although it only sees light mud and water, does anyone have any waterproofing tricks for the coil or cdi. Any help is greatly appreciated.
  14. Hey guys, need some help. I had the shee in the back of my truck and was caught in a torrential downpour for about 25 minutes. I tried to start it and it ran for about two seconds, and died. Any efforts after that were met with a loud backfire out the right side. Could not bump start it either. Any ideas? Any help is greatly appreciated.
  15. Nah, not yet, thinking about porting on the next rebuild though. Hopefully that it'll take care of it.
