  1. My guess is your cable is for the smaller carbs and aren't long enough to let the slides all the way down. Is so you have two choices. One get the right cable. Or trim off 1/8 inch off the cable end. Not easy but can be done. Oh did you diuble check to make sure the cable ends where seated in all 3 places? Get back with me on the solution
  2. Fox Float web page.
  3. Some one on here told me the MSD needs a battery . I think they said 9 volt?
  4. You will need to have it ported to match the 2 mill increase in stroke to gain maximum horsepower. A spacer plate or custom domes are needed to do a 4mill right. If you are looking for more Power Porting is KEY.
  5. I would test out your old tires first and see how they did before I drop the cash. I had 21x12x8 8 paddle haulers and switched to a 21x12x8 9 paddle Hauler and my shee pushes more in the turns than before If your plans are for More play than stay low on the paddle count or v wedge desgins. If you need the hook up for hill shootin 9 paddle extreme or 10 hauler in 22 would be my choice.
  6. Vito the bolts that hold the six clutch spring are very soft and only need alittle bit of torque to hold them or thay will snap off. You need to remove the screw with a needle nose vise grip if you have enough of the screw sicking out. If not you need a easy out.
  7. Send him a Pm from the Hq. Just do a search with your My Assistant for Meat .

  12. if you are not going to Port than 28mm tm mikuni's and CPI's inframe combo are very good setup. they fit great inside the Stock intake manifold to. That is what my son ran on his 2003.
  13. It is hard to capture the true angle of a hill. If you look at the pic i posted The background sage brush looks like it's on a good slope. it is sloped but it closer to beening flat than the pic makes it out to bee. the Pic make me look like i am climbing little sand Knoll Chokecherry Is one Steep Dune because the chokecherry bushes help hold the sand from shuffing off. that a Normal Dune doesn't have. I not 100% on this but i been told is about 36 degrees .
  14. Well here is one of my favorite Climbs. Choke Cherry
  15. Here is a Pic. Left handed threading would work great. I really think you could make some money for what they sell them for. Once you progamed the tool path it would only take a few minutes . Would a SS shaft be best choice in material for that part?
  16. 18. Over the Past year & half as a BHQ member and Old time rider. I have read this a few times. This is my understanding of Packing in a Silencer. The only gain you get from No packing in your Silencer Is the Cost of not replacing it. You lose Power Because the packing absorbs the sound pressure wave if the packing is gone the wave bounces back in the exhaust main stream flow slowing it down by making more back pressure.Net loss in power. Other benfits are what Flatracking is telling you. People who hate noise try to steal are riding Areas and Use your love of the powerful sound machine adagianst Us all. Sound level Ticketing by are Police are in everbodys Future.
  19. What is the Loudest Silencer? anyone without packing.
  20. When you Port you make a motor breath better. Taking in more Air. The reason T6 are a poor choice for a Modded Motor is because they don't let the Ported motor Breath . Sell the T6's and Get a Pipe suited for your Motor. CPi's, Rockets, PC's, Fatty's SHearers,T5's should be a better choice for it.
  21. Well if you Like the Looks of the T6 pipe and want the Modded Shee there is another choice for you to consider. I was looking at the T6 because I love the Smooth curving arc they have. Look at the Shearer Production Pipe Very close to the T6 in looks and can be bought for under 500 dollars New. If your Plans inclued Port work and bigger carbs and any other Big Horsepower mods. Look into the Shearer Pipes. They have a Very smooth flowing curve to them(Physical look). Output is Great for sand duning too. Here is my Shee with Shearer mounted up.
  22. Haulers are Great tires. Sand Star are great v paddle. Geakos are Hmm, Oh a planter. Best to stay way from them. They are Heavy, stiff and throw sand up and not push you ride up the hill. If cost is an issue Best to save alittle more, Geckos are cheap but they
