    I would be interrested in the flywheel and stator. But if you dont want to split it ill be looking for something else.

    So in fact the crank separation can be measured by lifting the top end off? would be good to know, ill be doing a top end rebuild soon and id like to check my crank out, I'm a bit worried.

    Thanks for the feedback Aussie racer I tried this aswell. no luck. I know for sure the rz stator will not mount up with the stock banshee cdi box. I tried all kinds of wire combinations.. (with the risk of blowing the CDI up?) But it wouldnt go. If you ever try. please let me know.

    I totally agree with boonman. Did you had to carb tops off recenlty? maybe you placed the slide the wrong way around? Take your airfilter off (K&N w/Pro Flow) should be done in a second and see if both carb slides are moving freely.

    so the .25mm to .75mm play can be between the rod and the side of the crank? any more and its seperating?

    yeah i'm interrested in Aussie Quad Racer's results. Oh and hasty if you need a new flywheel, then there are alternatives. look on ebay for a used one or buy a new "rickystator" flywheel. cost way less then stock.

    I was more thinking about a weak spark. a 96 shee.. it idles great.. dont see why it would be jetting or a choke tube. I say weak spark.
