  1. Brand new 17cc Pro Design domes, still in the package. $50.00
  2. Your PM box is full... Do you have the center caps to go with these hubs? Also will you ship to Canada?
  3. My buddy picked up some +3+1 extended a-arms and was looking for an extended axle to go with them when we saw these. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/extended-rear-hubs-raptor-660-350-yfz-450-banshee-axle_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp3286Q2ec0Q2em14QQhashZitem3ef83b3d2fQQitemZ270452604207QQptZMotorsQ5fATVQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories Any one ever use these?? I've never seen them before but they would be way cheaper than a new axle if they are ok, and they would look cool.
  4. Hey man what's up with my axle?? It's been over a month since you got the money but I still haven't received it?? Your PM box has been full for a couple weeks as well... Have you shipped it yet?? If so, what is the tracking number so I can check and see if it got held up somewhere... If not, Why?? Come on man... this deal started out good and the other stuff I got from you went smoothly, so lets not have it turn bad now...
  5. Hey man what's up with my axle?? I still haven't received it. When did you ship it and what is the tracking #. Your PM box has been full for quite a while... you should empty it.

  6. Cheetahs have power valves which give you lots of bottom end power. In doing so you kinda lose the big power band hit of a 2 stroke which makes it a little less exciting to ride. They also cost a little more. Cubs are the same design just without the power valves and they use the smaller Banshee intakes and reeds. The intakes and reeds don't really make much difference unless you're building a really big motor. The Cubs are cheaper because you can reuse your intakes, reeds and head if you have already upgraded them. They also make just as much peak power as Cheetahs. So if you want great low end power and don't mind spending extra to get it, go with the Cheetahs. If you already have aftermarket reeds, intakes and a head, and you like the hit of the power band then go with Cubs. Either one of the same displacement will make the same peak horsepower.
  7. Hey man... your PM box is full, please empty it, I still haven't received that axle.
  8. It's definitely good for that. When I originally took out my stock one years ago it was all cracked and ready to fall apart, no worries about that with this one or the Pro Design.

  12. I don't have one of those IR guns but we have them at work so I will see if I can borrow one and try it out. and I think you were intending to PM this to me... you ended up posting it twice instead lol
  13. Well... review time... I got my new impeller with cover as well as an aluminum outer cover a couple weeks ago. It all looked really nice, I like the drain plug in the cover. I just got it installed last week. The impeller and cover went good with no issues, but the outer cover did not sit down all the way over the water pump cover. I did a little bit of grinding on the inside of the outer and outside of the inner and got it to sit flush. So that wasn't a big deal. Then I went out for a good ride yesterday to see how it works. We were playing in the sand... hill climbing, drag racing etc. As I said before I have a 485 Cheetah and have a buddy with a 421 Cub who I ride with. We both have temp gauges that go in the coolant hose that comes off the front of the head. He always used to run between 20-30 degrees cooler than me. Well after installing this new impeller and riding our asses off all day, he still runs 20-30 degrees cooler than me. Every time we stopped I checked our temps to compare. So unfortunately this impeller made no difference for me at all. down.gif The only difference I could tell was that my wallet is a little bit lighter.
  14. like the title says... a bunch of us are heading to Brule on Aug. 15.
  15. Don't know if you guys made it out last weekend or not but a bunch of us are heading to Brule on the 15 of Aug. If anyone wants to come out just let me know...
  16. Damn... my buddy wanted them... if your deal falls through let me know.
  17. I have a buddy who was thinking of getting into something like that. I'll talk to him tonight and let you know. Great deal for someone
  18. 10w/30 is what it calls for. I change mine out once a year, every spring, but it will depend on how much riding you do. I've never used Yamalube or Rotella so I can't really say. When the V-Force reeds start to wear out the edges will begin to fray. It takes quite a while, mine are 5 years old and still going strong. A buddy of mine had his fray though so it does happen. No idea how old his were since they were in the quad when he bought it.
  19. If you want power valves then go Cheetah not T-Rex. T-Rex are ok but they are old school. They have heavy pistons and need extra porting to make the same power as a Cheetah. If you have a cool head and reeds of some sort it would be cheaper to go Cub, but if you have the money to spend then power valves are awesome for low end torque. Best thing to do is pick a builder, there are lots of good ones, Fast, K&T, etc etc. Tell them what you want to do with it, dunes, trails, drag race etc. and how much you have to spend, and they will work out whats the best setup for you.
  20. The first thing to do is find yourself a "Clymers" manual. It has a ton of info, especially if you plan to tear into the engine right away. Grats on the new Banshee... let the spending begin
  21. Ya sure... I'm in the west end as well. I ride out near Onaway quite a bit, a buddy has an acreage out there, also Brule, Nordegg, Smith... most are a couple hours away Used to be some good riding out by Alberta Beach but a lot of it is closed off now.

    Elka Rear linkage

Got an e-mail back from HSD... $850 is for the shock only, shock and linkage is $1400

    Elka Rear linkage

Hmmm after looking at it more closely I think the one for $850.00 is just the shock and not linkage... it says the linkage is optional... It is not very clear the way they have their options set up. I sent them an e-mail to clarify.
