  1. Either one is fine. I run one on both hoses.
  2. Sounds like Patriot. They are busy for a reason. The small shops are usually the best but customer service isn't always great since it is often a one man show. If these shops answered every call they would never get anything done. Personally I'd rather leave a message and have the expert call me back instead of talking to Trixie the secretary or some salesman that doesn't know shit.
  3. Spray paint. Cheap and easy.
  4. Ok, got it now. I thought it was saying that lowering the temp would add power and couldn't figure out how that could be.
  5. Can somebody explain that one? I knew they helped run a little cooler but how do they add power?
  6. Have you ever heard that what you don't see will kill you? I'd say ride a little slower in the dark or you won't be riding much longer.
  7. Get a four stroke.
  8. Have any of you actually owned a Polaris? I've never had a problem with any of mine. How many Banshees can pull an elk out of a canyon? I'd say you are lean if it is popping. Start checking air leaks and compression.
  9. You know, I hate to even say this but this has scam written all over it. I can just see a bunch of our quads and their specs on eBay after this post. Maybe you should have not mentioned that you were French.
  10. I don't have an extra crank. Here is a link to the post I have about the lower end. Let me know if you are interested. Bottom end
  11. I like them. Most people on here compare them to the Raptor though. I bet if they were not on the Raptor though people would like them. It's about time for a change.
  12. Right around 85mph on my trailer. It goes way too fast to look down at the GPS when I'm riding it though.
  13. Why are you getting rid of them already? Interested in trading for a set of FMF Fattys or the lower end of a motor?
  14. Sweet! Thanks HolyMan!
  15. Read #10. If that doesn't work, re-read #10.
  16. Well, I hate to even say this but I saw a built Raptor a few months ago that was walking all over everything. He beat everything that lined up against him and that included some heavily built Shees and a very nice 250R. I raced him a few times and wanted to cry afterwards. I'm not sure if there was anything on the bike that was still "stock" though. It was the personal bike of the owner of Oregon Powersports. Their website is down right now but it is Oregon Powersports.com.
  17. Well, mine is on the way. I put in a little extra $$ to help out with materials or whatever(beer). Thanks in advance.
  18. Is there anybody in or close to Phoenix? There is a guy down there selling a safari rack that I want for my truck. It breaks down pretty small so it should fit in a car. He won't ship it though and it has to be picked up by Sunday. Can anybody help me out and pick it up, then send it up to me? It is so damn cheap that I can actually afford it instead of waiting for the money tree to grow.
  19. Holyman, Are you still fixing them? How much $$ and if I sent it off tomorrow could I have it back by 8/21?
  20. It helps a lot if you do it at the same time you repack your muffler bearings.
  21. I'm still waiting for a pipe to come out that screams....... YAAAAAA----------------MMMMAAAAAA-----HHHHAAAAAAAAAAA----------BBAAAAA--------NNNNNN-------------SSSSSHHHHHEEEEEEEE
  22. I heard about this on SLD. Good to hear she isn't in even worse shape. My parents do campground hosting at the state park there and I've almost had that same thing happen a few times. People get hauling ass down that hill and can't get stopped in time.
  23. I'd replace the plug in the left side and see what happens. Sounds like it may not be firing(fouled) and you are running on one cylinder.
  24. Sand Sharks don't hook up at all. The Geckos are too damn heavy and just want to dig but not go anywhere. You can't go wrong with Haulers. I just got some of the King's Turbo with a bike I bought but haven't had a chance to run them. They are basically a molded Hauler. A little heavier but I bet the paddles don't flex as much.
