Well, judging by his response in your other thread I would say you are fucked. I think I remember somebody a while ago having problems with him too but it's been a while. If he is honest he will take it back and give you a refund. That's just part of being a good seller.

Well, I still say "sell" all your shit. My ex was all nice and friendly until it came down to the final agreement then everything changed. She got everything and I even got stuck with HER student loans just because I had a fucking JOB! f*ck what a trainwreck it was with her. I sure don't miss it though. There is a good side to this though. I was pretty fucked up for a couple months. Lost some time to the bottle, actually bottles. Then for about a year I hit every pussy I could get. That was fucking great until it got old waking up to some stranger. Eventually I ran into the only women I have ever met that impressed me in every possible way. Two years together and we still haven't even had a decent fight. Like everybody said, use this as a learning experience. Now you know what to watch out for and stay away from it.

Man sorry to hear about the bad news. I went through the same thing a couple years ago so here is some advice. Take all your shit at "sell" it to a friend. Bikes, quads, whatever is valuable. It doesn't have to leave your possesion but get it out of your name. I was a fucking moron when I got divorced and walked away with nothing but the bills for her student loans. Second thing is don't even think about being nice about it. She will try to screw you over at every possible chance. I learned the hard way that when it comes down to it, you are in a fucking war until the final papers are signed. Then you can worry about being nice.

I have a near complete bottom end that I'm going to be selling. I had the crazy idea of slamming a Shee engine into my sons TRX125 frame but I'm sure he would kill himself so that idea is out. I've been piecing together parts here and there and have pretty much the bottom end except for the crank. Here is what I have that I think would be worth selling. Would it be better to part it out or sell it as a "bottom end minus crank". Cases-broke in normal spot but no leaks, clean on the inside but could use a wash on the outside. Gears-internal gears look good. Kick starter gear Complete clutch-basket has wear but was told it worked fine. Water pump gear Main drive gear-the one on the crank. So what do you all think? Should I Flea Bay it or is anybody interested in it here? I'd love to trade it for some Rockets or CPI's.

I'm no expert but I would guess you have an airleak on the burned side somewhere since the other side looks good.
