  1. If she is 160 she better be atleast 6 feet tall. Don't worry about the wheelie thing though. I can only seem to do them when I'm not trying to. Nothing like riding out of a tree shot doing a wheelie(on accident) with everybody watching.
  2. Yeah, I was planning on dropping the mains so I'll start with that. I'm taking the day off tomorrow to spend out in the dunes tuning and getting it just right. If I give it a little throttle right before it dies it kept running so I though that it wasn't getting gas but maybe it was just not getting enough air for the gas already running through there.
  3. Interesting......never thought of it that way. It only started doing it after the porting so I was thinking that it wasn't getting enough gas but maybe it is getting too much. I'm only running a 27.5 pilot now so I'm going to pick up a 30 and 32.5 and see what happens.
  4. I started spinning last March and haven't stopped yet.
  5. I used the 2.5" on each side and didn't have any problems but I ride almost only sand and don't do much jumping. The made the bike much more stable but I wouldn't recommend them for hard riding.
  6. I just had some porting done and am starting to play with my jetting. I was already pretty rich on the main jet and seem to still be a little rich. The pilot was fine before but now I think it may be to small. It will start and idle fine but after running it hard it will die after I let off the gas. One kick and it will start right back up but it seems like it just doesn't get enough gas to keep it running after opening it up. I'm thinking that I need to go up on the pilot. Does that sound right?
  7. It's even worse climbing it. I did it a couple years ago at the end of summer so there wasn't much snow left. Climbing up a mountain in four inches of ash wears you out fast. Great view though.
  8. Pull the plates and soak them in clutch fluid for a day or so.
  9. Don't double, I mean triple post! Fucking newbies!
  10. I wondered if they were fake but it causes two reactions. Some people want to kick the shit out of those fuckers while others want to get the hell out of there before it happens again. I can't see why somebody would stage it when the reactions can be so unpredictable. I think we should just pull everybody out of there and nuke the shit out of the whole country. In 10,000 years it will be a great place to ride.
  11. Not gonna happen unless you are just looking for top speed.
  12. I have a set of cylinders that need to get out of my garage. I bought these to have ported but decided just to port my other set. Right now they are 1 over. They need to be bored but I just had them checked(Dave Moore) and they should clean up to 3 or 4 over. I stripped the paint but they are not polished. $250 OBO [email protected]
  13. It really is too bad that all of his loved ones still around are the ones that will be suffering. Not wearing a helmet is a great way to help weed out the gene pool.
  14. Fattys! I just happen to have a set for sale if you are interested.
  15. All those mods and only ridden twice???
  16. I'd say around 147mph depending on how much bling is on there already.
  17. I always pull everything off. You may be able to leave the flywheel on but I'm pretty sure the clutch has to come off. Get a Clymers manual and save yourself some headaches.
  18. Fatty's
  19. Sounds like fun. I'm going to have my hands full getting the Shearers tuned as it is though. I might take you up on that once I'm back up and running. Should have some new porting, Shearers installed and tuned in a few weeks.
  20. I've always just used a socket, extension, and ratchet. On the tight ones just put the socket on first and then put the extension into the socket as far as you can. That way if anything is slipping it will be the connection between the socket and extension.
  21. I have some rear take offs that are in good shape. Tires are stock and pretty worn.
  22. You should have jumped on that one. You can pick up a set of Douglas .190 for under $200.
  23. I think you are way to worried about racing this guy. Just go do it and you will see how slow it is. I ride with a guy that has one. It is a decent all around bike but they are heavy and slow. If you have ever seen one up close you will know how big they are. If we are drag racing he can stay close until I hit 4th and then it is all over with.
