  1. All you need to do is call Jeff at FAST racing. His screen name here is FASTOYS. He has what you need
  2. Bring it!!! We don't care if you're on a utility That's cool, I can understand if you couldn't make it due to school. I'll be bringing a chunk of firewood too, that's something we couldn't have enough of last time. 2.5 months left!!!!
  3. Try and make it? What you got going on that's gonna keep you from going? Look forward to it!! Keep an eye out for a silver banshee with lots of chrome and come holler at me if you see me. I'll be on the drag strip quite a bit I hope
  4. Hell yeah, can't wait to meet ya! I'll post pics of what we'll be driving up there...I think most of you already know what my banshee looks like
  5. LOL, no doubt! It's all about riding in the sand with your friends, I don't give a damn what you're on Jeff, you gonna try and make this trip? I'm dying to see this raptor I hear about.
  6. March 23rd-26th is when I'm going. Not too sure who all else will be there...Hopefully I'll be showing up around 4 or 5pm on that Thursday
  7. I'm in Memphis, TN...not too sure how far it is from Carthage, TN though. What kind of riding are you looking to do? I hear there are a good amount of MX tracks in middle TN
  8. Sucks to hear it! This is the exact reason I never take my quads with me unless I'll be able to keep an eye on them in the back of my truck. It only takes a few seconds to undo the straps and yank it out the back. I've learned that high traffic areas are the worst because no one knows who the real owner is, so they don't know it's being stolen. The people walking/driving by probably thought it was the owner taking it down the road. Sorry to hear about your loss
  9. Here's the website for LS, you can some pretty good info on there http://www.waynoka.com/littlesahara/cgi-bin/index.cgi Look forward to meeting you and your friends, should be a damn good time ahead of us!
  10. Yeah, that's a no brainer there....I'd never be taking beer "in" the dunes, I just wanted to bring some of our home brew in bottles to drink an the campground. So, who all is still planning on making this trip?
  11. Hell yeah! The more the merrier!!!! There should be a pretty decent sized group going those dates...you picked a good time to come down!
  12. I likes me Keihins a lot
  13. Are you serious? You don't know what a kilometer is? Cutting your fenders does not allow you to go faster...your friend is blowing smoke up your arse
  14. Is that including both upper and lower a arms? I know you said they're in good condition...any dents in any of the arms? Ball joints still in good shape? My friend is looking to replace his and was looking for some in good cosmetic condition, as well as functioning Thanks
  15. LOL, I'd tell him to tell the dealer to buy a new pair of glasses.
  16. Exactly. The clymers manual can walk you through doing all this...you can know nothing about the engine and take it apart and put it back together using the clymers manual.
  17. Now that, I don't doubt They are typically a gentle natured breed unless they're raised to be violent. As long as you don't come across as a threat, a large majority of them would probably play with you before attacking you....most people just see a pit and start running, etc., which is gonna make the dog chase you...pretty much the same with "most" dogs. I totally agree with you about the german shepherds....if you're looking for a guard dog, those are the ones to get. I had a buddy of mine with two of them trained by the police (his uncle was an officer). Those dogs would eat you alive if they didn't know who you were or the owner told them to attack. They also have a pretty good life span on them too, given you take good care of them. On a lighter note though, saying a breed of dogs is "dumb" is like saying humans are stupid because you ran into an idiot one day...it's not the human race's fault that guy was an idiot, it's the lack of education and proper upbringing that makes them retarded. Now, temperment definitely has more to do with bloodline rather than breed, but how smart/stupid the dog is depends on the owner.
  18. Yep, it does add a decent low end gain...on top of the fact that DG's are more of a midrange pipe I'll bet it does have quite a punch. I ran DG's before I switched to Toomeys and there was definitely a difference in where the powerband hits. With his head milled that much, he might risk his pistons slapping the head. I think the farthest you want to "safely" mill your head is .035...I'm no expert on milling heads though, I took the easy way out and bought a NOSS head.
  19. So you're saying they told you no beer bottles in the campground?
  20. He's running Keihin carbs, not Mikuni. I would try dropping the main jet one size, run it, see if it gets better. You may have to go down more than one size on the main, but would start by going one size at a time. Once you get the main right, you may not need to adjust the needle...just ride it and see. If it's still sluggish in the midrange, I would try going one notch leaner on your needle. DG's hit the powerband sooner and have more mid range than toomeys do (from my experiences). That could very well be the reason why yours seems a little sluggish while his is running "smoother".
  21. That's exactly what I was thinking....
  22. I'll be in LS Oklahoma on those dates....23rd-26th http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=53374
  23. They're only as stupid as the person training them!!! I personally, have never seen a "dumb" pit. It's also ironic how you said their pretty easy to get around, but yet you mentioned you had one of the top 3 nastiest tangles with one of them. If you end up getting one, just be sure to take the time to train them properly and you'll have one of the best dogs. Pit mixes are great too, just make sure you know what the other half is before you get one though!
  24. What brand of motherboard and processor are you running, Minkia?
  25. LMAO I have to agree with most, I think the issue is very likely a heat problem....which would make sense why it works fine when you boot it up and after a while of playing, it starts acting up. When you screen blinks, it could be very possible that the card is shutting down to prevent it from melting (a lot of electronics have the "self-protect"). Not certain, just an educated guess I don't think it would be the drivers, simply because I don't think it would work well at all if the wrong drivers were installed or they were somehow corrupted. Try adding a few fans to your PC case and see if that helps....they're only a few bucks and about 10-15 minutes to install. Computers will do some very wierd shit when they get hot!!!!
