  1. That shit is ridiculous!! You better believe if I'm sending you money, you'll know what it's for!!! LOL, I don't write an essay, but I'll thank you and remind you what part I'm buying along with my address. LMAO @ NYUK...send them a used spark plug...
  2. I've done that before!!! LOL, them forks are hard to come by sometimes!!! BBIII, we weren't trying to bust your balls or anything, your post just looked like you were writing in ebonics
  3. What kind of riding do you do most?
  4. It is all good! Glad you're getting close!!!
  5. I've read it 10 times and am barely making any sense out of it.
  6. Can we have that in English?
  7. Over time, anything could have fallen in there wedging itself between the petal and the cage.... If you need some, I have a brand new set of Boyeson dual stage reeds in the package, never opened that I'll sell you dirt cheap. LOL, I bought them, lost them, bought another set and then found these...they literally are collecting dust
  8. Awesome!! Glad to hear shee's alive!! When I ran the T5's, they seemed to like a fat pilot. When I had the best starting/idling I was running a 30 pilot in the stock carb. Sounds like you're on the right track, when I switched to the PT's (from the T5's) I went down to a stock pilot and up one on the main. Weird huh? At least you have only one carb to jet, not two!!! Just for giggles, how do your reeds look? I managed to get a circle clip stuck in one reed when I was rejetting it and that caused only one cylinder to fire, simply because it was allowing too much fuel in the cylinder for it to run / idle on it's own....the reed petal was stuck open and wouldn't close. Just a thought
  9. The 450's are nice (YFZ 450) but I wouldn't want one to replace my banshee. I got a 450 a couple months ago to have along with my banshee and I couldn't be happier.
  10. By searching, I found A LOT of posts about this question.... http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?...ghlite=best+oil
  11. I would still pick something else to get chromed. The head flows coolant all through it, and it needs to dissipate heat the same as the cylinders do...
  12. How clean is your air filter? Do you run an outerwear?
  13. Check your compression. Your rings may be worn out...I don't think it would be your reeds or anything electrical.
  14. If I were you, I'd drop your main jet one size and lower your needle clip down to the middle clip position and see if that helps. If it runs smoother, do a plug chop to make sure you're getting enough gas on the top end. What elevation are you at? Sounds like its lean just from the jet you're running now but if it ran good before, then it shouldn't be too lean
  15. http://www.wiseco.com/PDFcatalogs/CB05_yamaha.pdf Try this out....it's in Adobe format.
  16. Here's one for you.... http://www.eastwood.com/jump.jsp?itemID=84...emType=CATEGORY
  17. He's been making them / selling them all along, I think he was just down for a while because of his lathe problems. Here is a parts list on his website; everything on it he sells...pm him for the best pricing. http://www.dunedevilinc.com/index.php?action=parts
  18. That was pretty damn funny!!
  19. I always thought that spitting and sputtering meant that it was rich What does your plug look like? You said it didn't look lean, does it look like it could be rich? If it's not your jetting, I would start looking at the electrics of the bike. Check all the wires, make sure they have solid connections and nothing grounding out. Also, check your air filter....if it's pretty dirty, it would cause it to do this too. If you run an outerwear, make sure it's clean as well and not clogged with oil or anything from the filter
  20. Exactly...What jets were in there before the pipe and after the pipe?
  21. Hell yeah!! The pipes and intake flow nicely together in that last pic... I'm really glad to see you getting the banshee back in rotation, I'm having withdrawels from mine since I started this drag project When I'm done though, shee's gonna look totally different and my wallet will be empty once again Post back when you get her running; shee's looking good!!
  22. Damn Scott! That sucks! I take it you got her back together? Take a pic, post it up here....I'm anxious to see my T5's on there with that graydon 2-1 You'll get it fixed, this is just your banshee's way of telling you she missed ya
  23. 20,000
  24. You have to pressure wash it with soap and water after you ride, don't let it sit dirty. I always roll my bike in the backyard and hit it good with the pressure washer, wipe down the plastics with a rag, and then wipe the wheels off, pipes, and anything shiny. It usually takes about 30 minutes to an hour. Something else to do which helps keep your plastics from collecting so much dirt, more or less mud, is to wipe them down with armor all after you clean them. The dirt that does get on them doesn't stick as bad and cleans up much easier. If you have a lighter color of plastic (like white), simple green works great to take out any dirt stains.
