im taking it your using stock carbs.
first you need to pull both off and clean them out. spray carb cleaner down the mains( brass hex thing on the bottom) and all over. lift the slides up also and clean them.
next you need to find out what pilot, what needle, what clip its on, what main the bike has. this it beyond important to deal with.
with the needle sharp end pointed down, the top clip is the 5th and does downward to the first.
location, elevation is also needed
does your bike start with out the choke after sitting a day or so, if it does your pilot is too big. that could cause your bogging plus your needle clip

my guess would be. stock 25 pilot, if you have stock needle 4th clip, 300 mains depending on where your elevation is
