  1. maybe is just that your peter is stiff from riding?? are they arms adjustable or stock you sure you have the bars straight and got a 1/4 of toe in front compared to back.
  2. most 1-5 you either remove 6th gear complete off the shaft or remove the pin off the shift star so it wont shift into it.

  6. first learn how to type or half ass spell shit your jibberish shit is hard to understand and help you. while the slides are out take some emery paper and light scrap the bottom of the slides ive seen some stock ones with lil burrs and would snag a bit and stick. make sure the cut aways on teh slides are sticking towards the filter. then put the tops on tighten them snuggly then you need to sync the carbs up. there is avideo i did to help you do that in the video section. then adjust the free play at the throttle housing.
  7. if it comes out the vent tube have seen the water pump seal go weak and pressure the tranny fluid and cause it to leak. just another thought

  9. true but why are they or have they shut down many refineries lately. hmm supply = demand close them down and say there is this massive shortage. but expand each other refinery to 2.5 x their original capacity and run them at 110 % and say were not keeping up with production. no way to spin it were getting fucked and nothing we can do about it. you cant bitch at the chinese they own all our debt, shit storm and it going to get worse.
  10. the refineries have been cracking oil at full capacity for the last 10 yrs their isnt a huge shortage. all them tanks by any refinery or fuel rack is full, if they werent you would have gas at your gas station. the pisser is there 120 a barral oil isnt entering the refineries right now but they are charging for it. they bought the oil the are using 3 months ago at 90 a barral adn making profits out their ass. my dad works at the one in el dorado. i asked him a million time why were getting fucked. they are getting away with it cause bush was a oil man and he is taking care of his boys.
  11. does your crank and cases all work together correctly heard and read where mattoon did something to the cases where they crank wouldnt spin very well. didnt hear it was on everyone on but heard of a few having problems.
  12. widen the exh makes more torque while not making it all top end. but you can only go so wide. too wide will eat rings. i wouldnt worry about those intake they look good enough not like you will get 15 hp from the intakes. if its already ported you cant change too much or it will throw the characteristics out of range. call that tdr and find out what its setup for and what to run. or buy some stock ports and start from scratch with a mx port.
  13. 187 deg isnt much above stock ports i think 195 exh setup 4mm would be a decent dune bike but for stock stroke yeah it would be a agg duner-drag port. lot of stuff to do can go wide exh to make good torque with not as much exh duration to a limit.

  17. heres how i do it and im special lol sorry been drinking pull air box off or filters off. take teh tool and put the adapter on it. and make sure you have some cable slack. get a base line reading at idle. then adjust the idle screws to where they get teh same readings. do the idle first then after you get the idle the same and at a decent rpm. with stock carbs, try to get it where it revs up like 3-5k rpm by getting someone to hold the throttle or wedgeing a screwdriver up the housing. what ever you do try to to get a steady rpms thats where the terry cable comes in nice. then adjust them to where they pull the same reading. and go for a ride if one pipe starts to ping before the other adjust the other side up just a bit. but if you get the reading damn close should be a problem.

  20. i know the pipes are some what similar BUT what is the difference i know the bastards the header section is a bit longer compared to the shearers. also pvl vs cdi would that effect jetting im leaning not but got to clear up some wierd shit. basically got 2 motors that are twins but one has bastard, pvl and a bit more compression, while other has shearers, stock cdi and lil less compression. run the same jetting and one is beyond lean in the mid range compared to the other. talking needing a powerjet on gas lean. same carb same needles same everything. and thats the only difference between the motors. both are air leak tested. all the basis have been covered. trying to figure some stuff out and wandered if anyone has sit down and looked at the pipes and ignitions system and compared. thanks wes

  23. i think for 300ft you can get by with bigger bowls but 500-1000ft you better get a pump.
