its pretty thick, i run it in my diesel pu and semi. you could run it in your tranny but it will be a bitch when its cold to shift.
go to your car parts store buy a case of atf type f like 12 a case or a bit more its works great and is cheap. must be type f.
ran a 4 over with my old dune motor making 80 hp 6 over might have been good but the 4 was more fun on the hills. 21 9 paddles.
12 over you better be on alky and lot of paddles
it depends on more your paddles also.
lot of the 421 cubs on alky with 14 paddle ext are running 12 over 100+ hp
so i think 4-6 would be ideal depending on paddle numbers.
it sucks but what can you do. jim isnt the quickest porter, but does a great job. he gets sidetracked like a mofo, got more ovens in the fire than you would believe. and a bit of o.c.d
