what setup are you running a plate on top of the motor usually only do that on 10mm. if its a 4mm get stroker domes or put the plate under the jugs.

if your wanting pipes get some dmc 916 they make great power down low and mid and respond well to porting and are the wicked sounding pipes ive ever heard.

t6 were aimed to stock ports only t5 react more to porting then 6 but ive never seen any dyno sheets to prove it. so if you going to get ported buy t5s or some other pipes.

WELL not to brag but its amazing i have some 22in 8 inch rims 13paddle extreme haulers superlights and they are pretty amazing, but i also have some 21in 8 inch rims 9 paddles reg haulers they are pretty amazing for trail tires but i got some 21in 8inch rims 8 paddle reg haulers they fit my 450 yfz somewhat amazing but not as cool also i have again not to brag 2 sets of pro wedges which are better than 4 snows.

airstryker are jetted way different then pwk i think i saw some one post like a 40-45 pilot mabye lower needle 2nd clip down it was like a bgl needle or something leaner than i would have ever used, and 150-160 mains maybe. not sure i know the a/s seem to run lot leaner spec compared to pwk. you might ask over at atvdragracers.com for jetting for airstrykers. not a fan of those carb cause not many run them to get some idea of what to run.

i would suggest getting them really opens up the reed cage. good product.

the cables are adjustable either at the carbs or the throttle housing you should be able to get some slack out of it by the housing.

stock fronts havent changed the fronts.

dont cut the spring grind on the outside of the spring to weaken it. its free use a bench grinder.

knarlys are good hook well, razor 2 are heavy i razr are bit lighter. i would say the knarlys would be the better choice. i run them in 22s on dirt.

you dont want one cylinder bored at a different spec than the other. if so get them bored the same size. then get the pistons you want.
