if you guarentee the shift forks and everything i would get one just building up a duner bike to play around and maybe let gf or other ride. no way in hell im letting them do that with the cub adn duneable. been almost 2 yrs on the forks and ive trained myself to not back load it so far its doing well.

how is this kit. im building a duner bike and basically want almost a duneable tranny thats not one. looking for flawless shifting. i thought there was a thread about some spring kit that jeff sold or someone that helped also.

why in the one pic the right carb is the powerjet broken off??? or am i seeing somethign thats not there. the left one both are the same length but the right one one is broken. -
i had ron cut mine long time ago it lasted a long time but over time it developed a crack along the holes i used a jaw puller once probably caused it. he does great work and a great guy. his name is ron waddle in bartlesville ok.

4th clip on the needle and 300 -320 mains with open air box, and pipes.

its the same principle with any carb. i posted the video just follow steps its pretty simple. most all carbs are the same in design.

is that a 350 or 4mm 12port or reg port.

it would depend on your compression, squish velocity and band of the domes. you should be able to run 7 easy too much it will kick back and other stuff.

dune elkas are nice i got a set of tcs on my bike and they are $$$ but man it rides like a caddy.

get an adjustable terry cable and like dave said grind on teh back side of the thumb housing so it opens more.

200 main is stock you are far from stock you will need 320-350s 4th 5th clips 27.5-30 pilots. like everyone said good luck with 800 bucks for a budget. you can try but man that would be tough.

with chips and other mods my dmax is getting over 18 mpg yeah diesel is high but gas is getting there.

if the bike is runnign out of fuel it will rev up but im still beating your slides are not all the way down.

got one just like it almost and love it. good luck on the sale. these trailers were nice to have.

make sure your slide is all the way down and the cable isnt sticking or could be a bad reed will cause it to rev weird. but im leaning carb something simple stickign the slide up a bit.
