  1. I like mine on my 4 strokes. I had a new set for my banshee, but when I had to get rid of it I gave them to a friend. Once he gets his bike dialed in we're gonna add them to try to get a before and after effect. Be on the lookout in the "products reviews". The designer of the power now (Dave Simon) I believe, came up with the SST design for FMF.
  2. Deuce, That gas (gas oil mix) is you lubrication, too. What about wear and tear on the dry rings when you let it run all the way out? (even if it is only a few strokes) Just a thought???
  3. I've got a Custom AXIS for sale.
  4. I feel you pain. I had mine for almost 3 years when the same thing happened to me. Luckily I bought it from a shop so they had to give me all my money back. After 3 yrs. imagine how many parts were on mine when I had to give it back. I called the shop to "get them ready" to see me pull up with pretty much just a frame and motor. Oh yeah I DID take my hinson parts and DR clutch out. I even took my handlebars. However, I was a nice guy and gave them a big box of stock parts, though. I still have before and after pics if someone wants to post them for me.
  5. Not tooo great of a deal IMO, the buy it now at least. You still gotta get: 1. LT shocks (over a grand) shop around for just some LT's. They are expensive when you have to buy them alone. around $1300 2. brake lines. around $100 3. used, so you have to worry about ball joint/bushing condition ?? I bought a used LT houser +1 front end for my R that had no shocks, but brake rotors, calipers, lines, spindles for $455. It was a deal for all the stuff it came with, but I still needed shocks. I started with elka and they were like $1400 for the front shocks. DAM! Around that time I saw a whole brand new LOBO 2 +3 front end from a seller called "rolledupaces" for $2000 on ebay. It had axis LT and chrome upper arms. I figured I may as well have another front end for the $600 price difference. It probably would have been cheaper for me to just buy a new front end to begin with, but 2 is better than 1 right? Now I have 2 nice ass front ends for a 250R that doesn't even run, and a YFZ that keeps "attacking" my wallet. Just reminding everyone that it is just the ARMS from a LOBO front end. BTW that "roledsupaces" seller turned out to be East Coast ATV.
  6. Ive spent a lot with them. A few times it took a while to get some parts but thats how it goes everywhere. One time they had like a 35% off sale, and I got all kinds of stuff.
  7. Nice post Ducman! I agree.
  8. Tucker Rocky, Parts Unlimited

  12. Try twisting off the caps of the carbs (where the cables go) double check that the little "grooves" are lined up right.
  13. I want one!! But I'm scared if I put one on I'll be like abyss with a busted camcorder. The ones that "transmit" the signal back to the truck are even more.
  14. Said it a million times, but I gotta say it again. Castrol GTX 20w50. Check the manual.
  15. I've been following this since the begining, and I glad you got your s#$@ back. Odd as it might sound to you, I thought about your situation a lot and it made ME mad!!!
  16. Yep, YFZcentral I'm Tampa450 on there
  17. Exactly. I agree 100%. Check out Raptortranny.com to learn about even more problems that the raptor is notorious for.
  18. Heres some- https://secure5.nexternal.com/shared/StoreF...p&ProductID=187 I've seen better ones that have the teeth and go along the whole legnth of the peg. It'll even keep AC propegs from wearing flat. I cant find them right now though.
  19. I dont see how you guys can bend frames back. We tried and did not suceed. The frame we had bent similar to that. When it bent it kinda pinched and lost its nice tube shape. As soon as we tried to bend it back it cracked right on the pinched looking stress mark. Then again, we didnt really know what we were doing! New frame.
  20. Duncan- IMO the clutch pull on barnett is ridiculous, if you use all their springs.
  21. Too much oil in the mix is better than not enough. First thing Id do is repack silencers, they goata be all crudded out with that much oil.
  22. or get a new frame and get to work
  23. Exercise your forearm, drink a lot of water, ride, ride , practice
  24. Did you? You either have spark or you don't.
