pic from today before workout. diet is in check and strength is starting to come back slowly. i feel a good comeback/ hopefully better physic coming if i can stay consistent. the war with the weights is on! :headbang:

Damn you guys make me feel small. lol I am 36 years old too though, so i am in good enought shape for being 36 and i dont workout at all in a gym,, just crunches and pushups...

Shit I look like that.... Except I have bald head, I'm pale white and I have a bigger stomach. lol

You need to get out more.

 

Getting out more wouldnt allow me to see more of those signs. Much the opposite I assume. Good one. :cheers:

ive been into the lifting scene for a long time and still do to this day.  make sure your diet is in check. ive gained over 40lbs,3" on my arms ect of muscle without any supplements what so ever.  the whey protein powder is fine if you cant get in real food. i personally do deadlifts towards the very end of my back routine as its a very taxing compound exercise when done with alot of weight. if a exercise is hurting you when lifting try to replace it with something else that wont cause pain till you heal. dont wanna set yourself back anymore then need be.
