That big black plastic piece that has the lights and on/off switch kinda hits my new lever. Is there anyway to just eliminate it completely? Besides the issue above it would make the bars look alot cleaner.

Thanks for any ideas guys

On my stock frame I removed mine and used my tether to kill the motor. I put a waterproof toggle switch under my seat so if I was riding at night I would just flip the switch and my lights where on anytime the bike was and during the day I just turned the switch off.

F.A.S.T 1,

So is it possible to put a toggle in place of the on/off switch also? I was just talking to my dad about this the other day, hiding them up inside the plastic.....around the tank or something like that. Is your waterproof toggle enclosed or is it just coated in something to make it waterproof?

Used normal toggles but few and far between, never waterproof one though.

Thanks

just use a cr 250 kill its a small round botton on the bars... and use the toggle under your seat for the lights.. i dont know about you but i wouldnt want to reach to kill my bike... assumming you dont just pull the brake and pop the clucth to kill it..

I don't know jack about motorcycles....so how do you turn the bike on if you switch it over to just a push button kill switch. I know that sounds dumb but I've never messed around with a bike.

Baby steps man,lol

The switch I had under the seat was like a regular toggle switch but it had a rubber cover that slid over the switch to keep water from getting in. At the bottom it actually had a nut that screwed on to the switch to hold the rubber sleeve down over the switch.
