obviously like people have said hard wiring it into the head unit is best.but as far as quality goes if you want the wire radio transmitter go with the monster (previously stated) but if you have a tape player get that it sounds the best imo

definitely suggest the t-5's.best bang for the buck in my opinion.jetting it aint hard so no need to worry on that.then a filter. k&n's last a longgg time if you upkeep them properly..
just my opinion
im pretty sure if hes running rich he cant have stock jets. if he has mods and stock jets he'll be lean..try taking the carb apart and cleaning it.if he has mods and re-jetted get a smaller main.make sure the float and everything is working properly.mess with the air screw a little see if that makes any difference.you also could have fouled a plug might wanna get some new ones.
i could be wrong..just my thoughts.

alright i got it running but its got a flat spot..did a compression test, spark test,and made sure gas was getting to the engine so im gonna tear the carbs and see whats up.thanks again for all the help :beer:
no i dont have a boost bottle.ill go back and seal everything up.no i didnt do the TORS removal kit.yea the carbs are sync'd and the pilots are stock..thanks for all the help
alsooo i pulled the right plug..with one that sparks on every other rotation..and theres oil on the plug..if that helps anyone diagnose(sp)..thanks again
no the choke tube is on.you think i could have too small of a pilot jet for those 3 mods? my dad and i have the same shit and his runs fine..i dont get it..did the same thing to both bikes..
alright so last week i got the toomey t-5.re-did the main jet blah blah.ran fine.just got the vforce 3 reeds and k/n filters.now it doesnt run.well it'll run..but die.tried messing with the idle..didnt help. when it runs for the 30 seconds the left cylinder runs fine but the right cylinder only fires every other rotation. brand new plugs and checked them again they're fine.tore apart the carbs cleaned everything nothing seems wrong.jets are clean float is fine. any sudgestions im completely lost... ::
