what does it take to clearly beat a  450?

Pavement, I'm not that impressed with them. I've rode and raced quite a few but there over hyped to me. I'm still waiting to see these supper one's that everyone else races. My buddy just got a new one with a pipe and I'm not getting off of it shitting my pants like everyone else. I'd much rather have my shee. Hell we got on the interstate and deciede to pass some cars and he was left behind. It has like 10 mph less. :bolt:

ive raced both the YFZ, and the 450r, and neither beat me, I ride my Shee mostly in sand pits and there is NO comparision, the Shee dominates them both in this catagory, while a STOCK YFZ may handle better, put a few bucks in the shees suspension and a arms, and it does what any YFZ will do

stock the 450s are quicker on any terrain, but not by any more then 2 lengths in my experience

 

 

stock for stock, it depends on the rider. a 500 dollar port job and it s game over, dirt sand, blacktop whatever. the banshee motor is by far the easiest to extract hp from.

i own a yfz450 and my buddy has a shee with a few things done to it and the races are always real close....even thou im a 450 rider i give credit when needed and shee's got the dunes and drag strip owned..
