Spark plugs keep coming loose

I have 96 shee and it’s got big bore CT racing pistons in it with 19cc domes and billet coolheaded  34 mm carbs  brand new fmf pro circuit pipes  I have 210 psi compression out of each cylinder my spark plugs keep coming loose can someone please help me

You have WAY to much compression and are certainly running to low octane fuel.

Increase the compression, go for the world record highest compression banshee

WOW....... that’s quite the setup.


It is detonating from the high comp, poor fuel, and overall unhealthy combination. I’m amazed it’s still running and not a pile of parts.

A trinity plug lock is what you need. Fixes that problem!

I run racing fuel and redline 2stroke oil is there any way to bring that down any withe like bigger dome or smaller domes  I live in Las Vegas,nv  and it seems like a plug lock would be stupid to do because  it shouldn’t need a plug lock ever something is not right I just need to figure out what !

No it kick over with a little itty bitty kick doesn’t even need to be a full one bike fires every time cold or hot doesn’t matter

You need to get that detonation under control or you will  destroy that motor. 

I don't know what type of riding your doing but imo - 210# is to much compression and what I'd address first but there are other possible things that could add to your problem. To low an octane fuel, to much timing, lean jetting etc

Ok I don’t even know if it has an adjustable timing plate should it if it the stock one and what should my timing be at with an adjustable timing plate and if it’s to lean to I go up or down in my jetting to richin it and would it do that if it was to rich

+10 what  is that the advanced timing where it should be at

You need to verify the compression.

If it is that high u need different domes.

+10 is too much unless you got a lot of clues,correct fuel, correct squish, correct jetting/tune.

What’s ur elevation

 

Remove stator cover and look at the plate the stator is bolted to. You’ll see if it is adjustable.

The stock plate is cast metal.

A aftermarket plate is generally billet aluminum and Wher the case halves meet will have a mark with numbers for adjustment.

I have two different compression tester and I done the test each side like 8 times each with each one and cane up with the same from both and both are different brands and I think my elevation is 2000 ft above sea level I live in Las Vegas I have 19 cc domes what size would I need do I go up or down in sizes
