driveline makes nice cranks 

i am running their 7 mil NOT billet ^ and have zero problems, lots of run time in the dunes

if u do any research on cranks it seems to be a toss up for which type is better (billet vs forged). the reason a crankworks billet is more popular is likely because other cranks have sketchy qaulity with sketchy materials and theyre made in some third world asian country which doesnt inspire much confidence

Forged offers more strength. TDR makes a great forged crank.

since we have no idea what steels r being used in any of these cranks, i think its hard to say which is better. if tdr is still around maybe he could chime in. maybe he could give us info on the rods as well

Go Driveline. A crank is not a misterious wild piece of engineering.

Driveline built their crank and they have a very good reputation.

I've broken both billet and forged cranks. If I was building a 10mm motor, I'd use forged.

If you're building in OEM cases, both will break the cases if it lets go.

Plenty of really good forged options for 10mil. Driveline, TDR, and I believe CW has a forged option.

I guess im gonna go with driveline. Just a serval that i'm gonna try to assemble myself for the first time. Seems like it isn't as tough once u get used to jetting and tuning. (Learned through a shit ton of headaches and mistakes)
