Manny's MX build

Of course they work.

NONE of these guys are what they claim to be.

As far as I can tell I'm the only one posting in this thread that actually rides.

More false assumptions from the guy who rides primarily in straight lines for brief short distance bursts.

Alright if you want to split hairs then yes.

What I'm saying is if you lock the wheels your not slowing down as fast as a a brake that is dragging.

A locked wheel won't slow down as fast as a braking wheel.

I didn't know a split hair is what splits the difference between a braking wheel and a locked one haha. Anyways that's obvious, the point to my comment is that if he couldnt lock either of them up and now can lock one up means he can at least progressively modulate his braking pressure to be as close as possible to almost locking it up which would cut down his braking distance. I'm not trolling at all.

I'm being serious.

Banshee brakes are just as good as YFZ brakes.

And none of these guys ride the way they say they do.

Those are facts.

I've seen you ride.

You could use scrub brakes and be okay.

People that need brakes don't benefit from a locked brake.

Like I said, locked brakes don't work.

Kinda like it was assumed I ride like Loco (I don't) or that my setup was flawed (it's not).

There was no assumptions made by me on your riding style or skill, just the observation that you come to aid Tyler's anytime there is any scuttle. Like a guard dog on a leash.

What? Who locks one wheel?

Everyone ASSumes I only ride in a straight line.

Fact is, I'd ride circles around any of these guys.

Just because I don't post videos of my 450 doesn't mean I only ride in a straight line.

As basically told me, prove it. ;-)

I don't have to prove anything, I really don't care if my veiw on things differ from anyone else's. For what I do, I don't notice a difference. There are maybe 2 percent of people on this site that might benefit from upgrading their brakes in this manner. Of you fall under that catagory, great. There is not a night and day difference though.

Hahaha well there it is gents..thanks sheerider. Of course like I said someone that doesn't put their parts through their paces wouldn't know the difference. If you have a guy with a 4 mil and a guy with a ported bike he would hardly know the difference between the 2 if he never got out of first gear.
