However, still waiting on people to identify what tabs are what.

 

I guess ill start tapping off what ill cut off and make sure by posting pictures here before i grind. Ill be back later with pictures...

Ok here we go.

 

#1 is the OEM silencer location.

#2 is stock exhaust pipe(expansion chamber) mounts

I'm not sure what # 3 is. I cant see much from my old picture of my bike when it was last together.

In number 3 the two tabs on the left I believe hold your coil. I think the one on the right is the tors brain? I would wait until someone else confirms...my frame has been sitting in the garage for quite some time. I'm just now getting to piecing it together.

I also want to know if I can take out any gussets. I do not want to risk the frame cracking. Welds on the gussets look like crap as well as not of the Welds.

Yea the little circle in green is that little tab that sticks out on both sides of the inside of the frame. Remove that. Remove it all the way to the frame. It will be the round tab and the square box that connects to it. Does that make sence? Also the flat bracket 2 of 2 on both sides

I'm just waiting for what the stock silencers connect to. then i will get to grinding
