hello guys. just seeing who all else has just put it all it to there shees

it it started out to be well just nerf bars.....

well now soem exaust.....

new head.....

ok lets do 4mm......

mmmmmm big bore.....

tires....

plastic......

shocks...

it never ends.

but its mine some thing i always wanted to do and its finally getting there.

big bucks and a lot of time but theres always some thing else.

whats you alls story

been there done that.....all started with "lets put some fresh pistons in there" while the cylinders are off lets get em ported, what good are ported cylinders with a stock crank, plus all the goodies, shifting mods, suspension....ugh i call it the "while im in there syndrome"

started with a stock bike with fmf pipes lonestar axle and +3 Ricky Stator A Arms. The topend needed to be rebuilt, few years and three builds later i am still constantly changing things. trust me, once you think yours done, there is ALWAYS more. Even when you get your motor perfect for your riding, you can make it prettier.

i guess im halfway differnt than you guys. mine has plenty of power for what i want and it handles ok. im not saying i wouldnt like to do more, but the bike is me now(my style). so im happy. when sumthing breaks, of course i'll upgrade instead of just replacing it. but i got to say, im finally happy with mine and dont plan on spending money in upgrades anymore......call me werid :blink:

I bought my banshee brand new and swore up and down the only thing I was going to do

was put pipes on it. I even bought T-6 pipes cause I was "never" gonna have it ported.

The woman still gives me shit to this day.

 

Now that I have the 450 I can start building the banshee into more of drag/hill bike now :biggrin:
