Most people using Yamalube run it at 32:1 and it seems to work pretty well,since you are changing your air filter you should keep an eye on your plugs just to make sure everything is allright.There is no need to run higher than 93 octane unless you are running a compression ratio that requires more than 93 wich aint the case here.

I have had a similar problem once,couldnt get my Shee to run correctly on the needles was always too rich no matter what i did.I cured this problem with a set of CEL needles, now im not saying they would solve your problems but you could give them a try.

Now that sucks big time,even a 400ex has more hp than that.You guys sure have some very serious regulations over there.

Since you are looking for "about 110hp" save your money and go 510 or 535, there seems to be very little 485 Cheetahs outhere, not a good sign...I am not saying it cant be done with the 485 but if i were spending money to reach a certain level of power,i would take the safe route and go for a set up that will for sure make that kind of power and not one that i could only hope it will.

I wouldnt buy a Ski-doo that uses their SDI technologie yet, so far they havent had great success reliability wise with them...Alot of them blow up before they hit 2000 miles while many of those who dont, have lost alot of compression at this point, for some reasons they have serious premature ring wear problems dont ask me why but its a fact for now at least.I am sure they will improve on the system and will become very reliable in time but for now if you want to buy a Ski-doo sled id stick with the models using the proven DPM system. The XCSP 600 is not on par technology wise with the Ski-doo REV or the Firecat 600 but will bring bullet proof reliabilty while still being a more than decent trail sled.Out of those two sleds id choose the Polaris because of the reliability factor even if in reliality the REV is a better sled.Personnally last april i snow checked a green F7 EFI Snopro,cant wait to ride the thing.
