For the money you are better of with the 4mm set, reliability will be pretty high on both.

It takes about 15-20 hours to do a set of cylinders and I use about 10$ of sanding,buffing stuff while doing it, I charge 200$ for a set so you do the math...I still do it for a few reasons, it allows me to pay some of my aftermarket stuff without having the GF yelling at me and as weird as it sounds I like making these things shine.

Maybe if you polish street bike parts but in the ATV world you'll be lucky if you can make yourself 10$ per hour.

I have some stock bore, unported cylinders for sale but the bad news is one of them will have to be bored.It seems to have caught a ring into one of the transfer ports, the other cylinder is in perfect condition. I worked on the outside a little and this is how they look;

Thats not up to you to decide, you damaged the powdercoating so unless you get it coated back to the way it was you do not deserve to be refunded it is that simple. You had a couple of days to take the axle out and put your old one back on, it took you 2 hours to perform the original task and then couldnt find a couple more hours in the next few days to do it once again.Since according to you the axle was bent when you installed it, you had to take it off anyway so what was the point of using it...

Mine is going on its second season and no problemos so far and havent had a single problem with the lock nut coming loose.
