  1. Well, that's interesting. You learn something new every day.
  2. Mine uses 400EX Calipers, spindles, hubs and rotors.
  3. Your bike should use all Honda components, does it not?
  4. i tried to get on at that windfarm just East of Bloomington IL (one you mentioned) with Henkels and McCoy, outfit i used to work for. You don't want to work for "Crinkle and Destroy" . They are a contractor we use alot at work. Do you know who owns that wind farm? I work for ComEd as a directional borer and have not heard of these so I would suspect they aren't ours.
  5. You're kind of new to this, huh? They are called Hipers made by Hiper Technology. Loboboy has one of the best built rides on here. If you want a good MX bike, copy his. Mine is built more as a basher, it's built well for poor jumpers that case shit and overshoot everything else. It has lot's of travel, but is anything but pretty. Just remember that some of these are not stock chassis.
  6. Thank you. Those are actually +3.5 arms as far as my crude measuring has figured. That'a actually an Outlaw frame with a 250R LT front end on it. There are no spacers anywhere on it, It has a +4 axle.
  7. Huge difference. You really have to ride one to know what I mean. It doesn't beat you up like a standard frame does. I can't say I'm a whole lot faster on it, I can just run that fast for much longer. I really notice it laster in the day after the track gets torn up. Most of our tracks out here are very loose soil, so they tear up and rut quicker. I really notice the biggest difference in the rear, which is a LT no-link. Almost too smooth.
  8. Here they both are. Now I only own this one. Here it is with the old motor. Here it is with the new motor.
  9. I wish I could meet the guy who started the idea of putting an RZ motor in a 4 wheeler, I'd buy him a beer and a lapdance.... It was great idea that the Lawyers and Bean Counters castrated. They shouldn't have messed with the RZ motor at all, just bolted it in. What is an RZ motor? There should be some kind of basic training class before owning a Banshee that would include this.
  10. Includes clear title, pick up only.
  11. Thanks Neal. I was hoping you were going to chime in. I was going to keep these because of this, but i don't really want to tear open my motor that's in the quad right now. I will admit these shift as good as mine with all the RZ parts.
  12. Cases have seen a thrown chain, but has been repaired. Cases do not leak one bit. They have aslo had some work done in the transfer tunnel area. All work was done by Lonnie Eubanks of Sandtrax per previous owner, I have no way to confirm that.
  13. Complete set on Ebay with +3 Galfer Lines, only at $10.50 right now. brakes
  14. Thanks. The quad is mine, the Excursion is my wifes. My only input on the truck was the diesel motor.
  15. Mine is up for sale, but not for $5,000. As someone mentioned earlier, what else can you do to one of these? LT front end with Elkas, No-Link rear with the same, RZ +4 motor with the works. It's about as "modded" as a Banshee can ever get. Here it is next to a well built stocker geometry MX bike.
  16. No offense ROOST, but for $100 I'll plant some perrenials around it and call it Lawn Art. I don't need to sell it that bad.
  17. I'm curious if these are stock geometry Lonestar frames that they are just trying to liquidate. If so it's a great deal
  18. I really will not ship this, pick up only.
  19. Anyone that has PM'd, this first $85 I get will consider these sold.
  20. I will notice the difference in my bike after about a 15F degree change. I have a chart made that tells me what i ran last time is was this temp, so I have a baseline to tune from. It's weird how much we oppose anything metric here. We use it alot a work, so I have just become used to it, but still won't even admit it exists outside of work.
  21. I agree for the most part. He doesn't even have to know how to ride, that bike is built around rider error. It really does make bad riders look good. You "shouldn't" win, not to say you won't, but you will have to hope he stands it up or does something stupid.
