Aren't those motors awesome?

Since I can't edit the post, this is the picture of the entire clutch.

Rockets

I believe the chassis is sold. The Elkas will not work on a Banshee. RZ jugs 4mm crank 12 port RZ shift forks/drum Carbs are 32mm Lectrons. The only stock parts on the motor are the cases and the clusters.

Believe it or not, my PTR mids liked a fatter pilot jet than my CPIs.

That wouldn't take me long, I just don't have any measurements for the stock standards.

I'm selling everything you see in that picture. $400 shipped for them.

The motor will start coming apart in the morning and I will take close up shots of anything you want. I can also mic everything if you would like also.

All I can tell you is that I spent five years trying to build a trail Banshee. I tried just about every part mentioned above. In the end I ended up with a 250r geometry RZ motored bike. I will say I am just as fast as any 450 in the woods and rip them up in the straights. A better rider could probably really push this thing to be insanely fast, the only limit to the bike right now is the pilot.

The RZs are kind of a pain in the ass when you are building them, but you will be much better on your second try.

They really are easy to build. The parts can be purchased cheaply at a muffler shop.

Dependind how extensively that exhaust port was cut, I would say straight 110 is what that motor needs with 16cc domes. I would start there, it might be detonating to bad to ever have good top end.

There has been alot of interest in the Chassis alone and I do not mind parting this out, but most of the chassis is either Honda of frame specific so the chassis goes as one piece. The chassis is everything minus the motor, pipes, carbs, electronics, wheels and tires. The motor is not running as of right now, so the only way I would feel right selling it is as parts, then all the parts could be checked as it came apart.

I hate to sell this thing, but it's got entirely too much dust on it. The bike does not run right now, it might be something simple, I just don't have any time to work on it.
