Parting out Outlaw Chassis RZ quad.

As far as Banshee parts go, it would be the plastics, motor, exhaust and rear tires. Evreything else is either just for this frame or for the most part this thing is all Honda. -

These will not fit on a stock frame. I "think" they are 18.5" long. -

Sorry, this one just works with these frames. -
22/12x8 9 paddle extremes. Used one time. They are like new. The only issue with them is they were drilled wrong when I got them. Each hole needed to be moved out about 1mm. They were measured and moved. These still fit tight and the holes were not egged from riding, they were intentionally done because the company I purchased them from screwed up. They are Douglas Red Label .190s. They are actually a very tough set as far as paddles go.

I hate to sell this thing, but it's got entirely too much dust on it. Shaffer Chromoly LT chassis, swing arm and +4 A-arms(I think) Elka quad rates, SSD front and rear Passion built 12 port 4mil RZ motor The motor has RZ jugs and head(cut for 110) Banshee cases RZ shift forks and drum Banshee clusters Fast Racing clutch with pancake bearing(Basket, fibers, steels, pressure plate, inner hub all have about ten hours on them) Prodesign billet intakes Lectron 32mm carbs Rocket pipes YZ filter with custom Airbox Quick change clutch cover Durablue axle Hubs to convert Honda spline to Banshee bolt pattern(expensive durablue part) Durablue Sprocket and brake hubs Shaffer Chromo stem with LS antivibe clamp The bike is awesome, it's hard to describe unless you have ever ridden one. The motor makes hp around low 70s when tuned right, but has an insanely broad powerband from the Powervalves. The chassis is the most stable Banshee chassis I have ever ridden. Reduced: 85% of original size [ 600 x 400 ] - Click to view full image The chassis is built to work together, but it can be taken apart if anyone is interested in the parts.

It looks like this thing may leave in parts. The chassis would have to sell first. Shaffer LT frame Shaffer performance steering stem Lonestar top clamp Shaffer LT A-arms Elka quad rates on the front Zero Preload Elka triple rate rears Zero Preload No link 250R style swinger Front and rear 250R brakes Front 250R hubs 250R spindles -ac pro pegs -+ 4'' durablue axle 250r -250r rear caliper -250r antifade locknut -custom alumnium airbox w/ yz filter Stock Banshee radiator It will come with the tires and wheels seen in these pictures $4500, this may need a new thread.

Willing to entain offers. Lowballs are fine, just don't expect a response if the offer is rediculous.

$6500

Sure do.

This had Pro Circuits on it when it had a standard motor. They didn't come close to fitting on the RZ. The PTRs worked great in the woods where I do 99% of my riding. I would never run them in the dunes, but I have only been on sand once.
-
Thanks. The pipes are a love it/hate it type thing. The PTR mids that were on it choked the crap out of the motor and the RZs have a very limited selction that will fit them. It really does ride nice also.
-
I'll drag it up from the depths one more time.

I'm glad to see more people trying the RZ motors. They are night and day different than the Banshee's. The flanges are easy, the wiring isn't hard just takes time, pipes are limited, but in the end you end up with the motor the Banshee should have had. I have been messing with these motrs for about 4 years now and would nevber go banck to a stocker. Here is a pic of my current ride with an RZ motor. Look close

No sweat. I haven't had alot of bites on the bike, so the price will probably keep it from going anywhere quickly. I have not talked to the builder, but his work is incredible. The frame constructtion looks to be on par with all the high end frames. The shock towers are more reinforced than any other frame I have ever seen. Good luck on the rebuild
-
It needs bump.
-
Here is the way it sits right now for trail use. 4+1 rims up front and spacers on the outside in back narrow the width up. The wheelbase is adjustable and shortened at this time.
-
Thanks Neal, I was hoping you were still lurking around. I didn't ask alot of questions when I bought it, so I know very little about it.

-400ex spindles, rotors, hubs, calipers -long travel front end and rear end -elka triple rate front and rear -no link swingarm 250r -ac pro pegs -+ 4'' durablue axle 250r -250r rear caliper -250r antifade locknut -32mm lectrons, v-force 2 reeds -custom alumnium airbox w/ yz filter -shaffer performance steering stem -lonestar top clamp -lightened flywheel -quick change clutch cover I pulled up the old for sale add on here for this bike and it said 11" of travel, so I might be mistaken in what I posted above, but the site won't let me edit it, so I guess it stays, sorry.

The original owner was/is a member here, neal. I don't know if he's around anymore, but he knows the history of the frame. 315-942-5385

Pics are back.

Yes, it uses everything from an RZ, Stator, flywheel, PV controller, CDI, Servo, regulator, and a battery eliminator instead of an actual battery. Everything works perfectly. I actually don't know a whole lot about the frame builder. I have the contact info off the frame decals, but that's about it. The only Shaffer that I was ever able to find was a Jeep chassis builder out of NV I beleive. I can't tell you if they are the builder or not. Lectrons are actually very easy to tune, I just like my motors to run a little fat, so I never tuned this to run as hard as it could. The motor has around 15 hours on it. Mainly just playing in the field behind my house and a few trail rides. I can get pics, but there was a death in the family so I will not bea able to get those until Sunday at the earliest. The pics are working for me, if anyone else is having issues seeing them, I can email a bunch of them. It really is a nice bike, but something like this is hard to sell, becasue most people really have no idea what it is. As far as I can tell, the plastics, cases and clusters are the only thing Banshee on it.

It will come with New Holeshot HDs on 190s. FT tires, MX tires and sand tires are all available. FT and MX tires are 250r pattern, Skatrax are Banshee patter rear, Honda front.

16/39 with 20" tires, really 21" but 20" as advertised 17/38-39 with 18"(the 17 is a very tight fit) I don't shift alot, bike pretty much rides 2nd-4th.
