  1. Now that she's working with PETA she had to get rid of it; they started asking too many questions about her ride smellin like dead fish... LOL!!!! Is she really working with PETA??? People for Eating Tiny Animals??? 1 VIPER GT HOLD THE CHEESE PLEASE!!!!
  2. LMFAO!!! Last week I saw Jenna Jamesons 1994 Viper for sale on eBay and I thought to myself "I think I've seen it all!!!!" I bet that thing stunk like an old lobster tank.
  3. Self employed here too. Work never runs out. Usually when the real work runs out is when I CAD/CAM another piece of billet to hack out and sell. Then I make a run of that to put in the inventory or make other billet parts to fill in the time, which is usually a day or two is all.
  4. Regardless of what happened, they should have done something. The customer is always right for a reason. Word of mouth. Hope things work out for you man.
  5. Im at about a 75% "yes I'm going." If I can sell about 4-5 swingarms in the next few months it will be a yes. YES!!!!!
  6. They have been busy as hell lately. I was down there 2 weeks ago to pick up my Mohawks, and they were wall to wall people. They had 3 cash registers going, with one guy on a computer requesting parts for the front. About every 15 seconds someone was coming through a set of doors with a box, tires, pipes etc. It was a mad house. I've never had a problem with them. Whenever I have ordered and had shipped, I have always first called to make sure the item was in fact in stock.
  7. I hurt myself when I was 20 lifting weights. My low back was so bad, that I was in bed for 2 weeks. I couldn't even stand up. Once I did I went to a chiropractor, and I did better. I still have to go from time to time, but lifting weights has helped my back over time. Your abs and your low back (spinal erector) muscles are what stablize you when you stand, or lift. If one is weak, its like a bridge with cables pulling on one side only. Example: For 2 years I couldn't sit in a chair, and then straighten my legs. My legs couldn't straighten because of the stress it placed on my low back. But since I've been lifting getting stronger etc, for the last year I've been able to dead lift 315 and 335. When I started excersising the right way, my strength shot up like a rocket. Now I have a little bit here and there, I have to brace my hands on my knees when I sneeze because jerking motion will throw it out, but other than that I do pretty good. Also on the chiropractor, if you don't like one, get another. I'm on my 4th. He's the best one yet. AND if they tell you that you will be better than when you came in, or that you will be healed, RUN!!! once you do injury you will never be the same. Boonman: Did you say you CUT YOUR FINGERS OFF when you were 18??? Not to be rude but OMG!!!!
  8. Ive heard 39-41 hp stock and a 15% increase from Toomey's T-5's, which is around 6hp. I don't know if thats accurate. I think the only thing you can do is have your bike dynoed.
  9. I've been blinging out my banshee with my own parts.
  10. Look for the words ENERGY CONSERVING if you see these words DO NOT USE IT!!!! Its usually on the back.
  11. Right now its Valvoline 5w30, but as soon as I set up to be a distributor of Amsoil, I'm going to try out some of their stuff.
  12. Put it somewhere where you know no one will find it, but you can still access it. Mine can barely be touched by my fingers if I grab the frame near the gas tank. There are a couple different places to stick one, just make sure it isn't too obvious thats what you are shutting off if people are looking. All you would have to do is stand the bike on its grab bar to find the switch.
  13. cut your swing arm 2 inches they are fairly easy to pull and balance...... i can ride along at 85mph snap my throttle and balance one up to about 125mph.....but then it gets windy and i have to back off You're crazy I wheelie by dropping down into around 2nd or 3rd gear, and I get the engine just barely into the powerband, because I'm gonna need that acceleration to twist me up into a wheelie. I nail the gas WFO, and kind of tug on the bars. It helps to find that spot on the seat where it will come up easily, but not so easy that you are eating your gas tank. Then as it comes up (quite quicly) I let off a little and its mostly blipping the throttle and when it feels like its coming over on top of me, I slam the rear brakes and down it goes. Try them on a hill too. Lots of fun there.
  14. I have a hidden rocker switch on my banshee this way. So when I roll on in to the shitters, I play like I'm turning off my fuel, and all I do is bump this switch and presto!!! I'm kicking it like a mad man when I get out because I forgot I switched it off sometimes.
  15. LMMFAO!!! You have no idea how long I've been wondering where to find this. I have heard there is one with the Benny Hill theme playing, and one where there have been farts dubbed in as he's going all Crouching Tiger. Any ideas where to find those??? ***EDIT*** found it. http://jedimaster.net/ http://bennyhill.fasthost.tv/bennyhill.wmv
  16. I snow blowed 3 different driveways today. My parents, my shop and my own. Afterwards I got to do my own again. Started at around 10am after a horrific trip to the new Walmart to get some antifreeze and some 2 stroke premix. Got done at around 4pm. Glad I have a working 4 wheel drive this year. Last year on new years eve it snowed real bad too. My 4wd wasn't working then. Uh, to answer your question, I used to share my shop with a grinding shop. They had a Grizzley with a snow plow, but he got it with the bike from Layton Cycle, which I recommend anyone in Utah avoid like a leper with the plague.
  17. Like Led said, I like to whip the ass end around the top of a razor and make it rain sand. I got a cloud so thick last time I went out that it cast a shadow. I also like to wheelie up a hill off camber so the bike starts to turn back towards down hill. Its a cool feeling to wheelie and be sideways on a hill. My wife said "It looks like you're floating up there" I agree.
  18. I would go with (because this is what I'm going to get as soon as I have $250) is the Skat 21 x 12 x 8 Extreme Haulers. They are a kevlar paddle, which will last longer that the stock rubber, not that they don't last a long time. Mine are 5 years old, and have some cracks, but I haven't lost a paddle, and haven't torn one either. The kevlar blades are the same height as the Hauler 7/8". I am getting 9 paddles as well. 10 hooks WELL, but a little too much body english is needed to steer under power imho. 8 paddles do well too though. I've seen some mad fast bikes with 20 x 10 x 10 8 paddles at the mountain. If you underpaddle, you will spin, but if your bike has enormous nuts, it will spin them enough to get your ass hauling. If you over paddle, you are in trouble. Summary: 21 x 12 x 8 Extreme Haulers for 60-65 hp.
  19. I've got 2 chess sets right now, and I hardly play because no one around here does. I've seen that Simpsons chess set, and it kicks ass. There was a Looney Toons set a while back from the Franklin Mint that I wanted, but $1200 is a little steep for me. When I was in San Diego 2 years ago I saw a chess set that was a little over $3,000. And yes, my wife touched it, alot. I stood back and pretended I didn't know her. I've been thinking of making one out of brass and aluminum plate. Polish it up, and make the pieces out of aluminum and have them anodized Gold and Blue. Might try to get some time to CAD it out this year.
  20. HAHAHA!!! I almost did that on mine. I had rags in the exhaust, and almost put the pipe on with the rag in the port. Glad you got it figured out.
  21. LOL! Hickory or Willow??
  22. OOO those are the ones they show near the Grand Canyon..... They look like they might be all terrain. If I could find a paddle tire small enough it might work out.
  23. We need to all line up and drag our Rascal Scooters.
  24. From what I've read in various magazines, the stock horsepower is either 39 or 41. As soon as you put pipes and an after market air cleaner I THINK you gain about 15% of what you had. So around 6hp or so. Depends really. He could be as much as 50 depending on altitude, head mods, timing advance ect. I wouldn't say more than 50 with just a pipe and air cleaner though.
