  1. Most do. You can sand it all off, then you will get to buff your rims every couple of weeks. Or more........
  2. Ive had 2 broken head lights in 5 years. The grill really didn't stop anything smaller than a 2" rock. I did one today, and I'm going to do the other as soon as it gets in.
  3. http://www.quicksandmotorsports.com/
  4. That is the switch from your thumb throttle. It is used like this: If its connects, and the TORS switches in the carbs DO NOT the ignition is chopped. You have to either unplug the entire TORS unit located on the left had side under your gas tank, or cut the switch off the end of that and twist the wires together. I would think your idling uncontrollably is an air leak. Somehow air is getting in to the carbs, and running lean, thus the runaway condition though a super hot plug (from running lean from the air leak) or carbon deposits. Pull a plug and take a look at it.
  5. Thats cool to see someone take something as gutless as a stock Warrior, and actually DO something with it. I bet it hauls ass.
  6. I get that screen, then some other shit pops up where I enter my screen name, and I'm in. I used to have problems like that though. I can't remember what I downloaded. Something to do with Java, and another windows component. I did it a while ago.
  7. That is so weird that you have this problem. I click on the link, wait then it axes me for a nick name, I type in Stan209834 and I'm in.
  8. Well, I tried to become a dealer, and after a few emails and 3 months and no dealer package that was supposed to be in the mail a couple times now I said to hell with Weekend Concepts. I don't have any money for after market lights right now anyway. Stuff: Thats kinda cool you just did it recently. I'm gonna do it tomorrow and get them ready for paint.
  9. Can I cut that stupid grill off the headlights and then sand smooth where I made the cuts? I want to do it, and think I can, but has anyone else done this with good results? I don't want to get one done, and then say "That was a dumb idea"
  10. I was gonna do that once for my sister that kept getting her mail box smashed by the local high school kids that would walk past her house everyday. LOL I was going to go get a larger mail box, hence a larger target to hit, place the smaller one inside, and then fill the gaps between the 2 with steel bar and concrete.
  11. Glad to hear to you got something back. Its too bad that it got ripped off in the first place though. All I know is I'm going to be alot more careful where I keep my banshee, and no one I don't know is going to ever ride it as long as I have anything to say about it.
  12. Let me see if I have the whole assembly, bolts nuts washers, and I'll PM you a price. I know I've got bolts, and some washers and nuts, but if not, I'll go buy the necessary nuts and washers.
  13. If you need the bolts to hold the a-arms on, let me know. I think I have a few left over at the shop.
  14. Kodak 3.1m hubber dubber something or other.... I like it, except for no manual focus. You know how damn hard it is to trick a camera into focusing on a reflective surface with out focusing on the refelction itself??? Damn frusterating. Other than that it kicks ass for $450.00
  15. What size do you need?
  16. LOL!! Naw Evil, its wasn't your pegs that put me over the top. hehe. Had a little run in with a purchasing agent where we get 70% of our work. I'm working 12's to get it all done for the next little while. I will use up a saturday and sunday if I have to do make billet and swingarms.
  17. I'm still about 80%. I keep getting slammed with work. Still don't have my tax return into the IRS. I'm tryin!!!!!!!!!
  18. You should have him take about 10 magnesium supplement pills about 2 hours before. Just make sure to line the box with plastic or waxed paper.
  19. Beat me to it Boon. 6200 2RSR C3 is all you need to order a bearing. Tell them to cross reference it to other brands and give you prices. I've found that here in Utah, Koyo and FSK are WAAAAAAAAAY over priced.
  20. Cool. Let us know how they work, as that is the tire I will be buying as soon as my money tree starts growing again.
  21. Whats that farty rumble noise???? The ProCircuits sound pretty mean!!!! Like a can of angry bees.
  22. Well, dammit, stop covering yourself in "real work" and stop screwing around!!! Get to it and start making "fake work" and we'll all be better off!!!! LOL I have 2 customers that I really enjoy doing their work, and I put a ton of pride in that work. But nothing beats making my own parts. Hell I've worked a full 8 hours without taking a break or lunch or anything and didn't even know it. When I'm doing something for someone else I'm constantly watching the clock. I guess thats what saturdays and sundays are for right??? Doing something you like??
  23. Well, if a certain someone can get out from underneath his pile of "real work" and start rolling over some inventory, I'm sure he'll start making after market stator covers with removable sprocket covers.
  24. Got it. No Reserve.
  25. yamaha banshee chrome a-arms *NR* What is *NR* Non-Readable? Not-round? Nine-Rocks? Natural-Redhead? I just fixed mine the other day, so I'm cool. Thats a good price for chrome too. I paid around $100 for stock, and then about $40 each for chrome for a total of around $260.00. *ouch*
