  1. oh you know he will start missin the banshee. i say keep it and buy a yfz450!
  2. so ur boss set up an interview for you? so that must means he wants you gone right??? that sounds kinda strange to me.
  3. dude, that just sucks.
  4. i have an eyeball swing arm and standard length eyeball a arms. i like them both. they are built really solid and handle a lot of abuse. i would recommend them to anyone who needs them to take a beating.
  5. if you are so sure you can kick his ass why do you need any tips??
  6. i say thats a hell of a deal. much better than stock and you didnt have to spend 800 bucks.
  7. damn man that sucks. at least something good has come of it. now you can go to school for free and have a ton of money to put into the banshee. im guessin you are gonna save about 4000 a year??
  8. holy shit rick. what the hell did you do? that passion engine must have way too much power now. better find yourself some gears.
  9. yea same here. i got mine at christmas time and put it on the cr500 banshee. so far its been fine and that thing has a ton of torque. when i nail the throttle its gone, but so far ive had no problems.
  10. it should go on without a problem. mine went right on and worked perfectly. what do you mean it wont install like the stock cable? on the clutch arem you have to take off the spring. then slip the end of the hydraulic clutch in the arm. then there is a bracket that goes over the top of the slave cylinder that screws into the top of the engine. i never had any problems with mine, if you dont get it let me know and ill get some pictures of my brothers.
  11. i wouldnt go with a 10 inch rim. there seems to be alot more tires out there for a 9 inch rim. with a 9 inch rim you are gonna get more sidewall and if you are runnin in the trails and shit, thats what i would get. i have 10 inch rims on my predator and i have popped tires off the bead before. i dont know if its because there is hardly any sidewall with a 20 inch tire or what, but its a pain in the ass. stick with 9 inch.
  12. this works really good. i did this to blue plastic and it bring the blue right back. dont use an acetylene torch tho. its way too hot. just use one of those little propane torches that you can buy at the hardware store.
  13. how touching.... dont bother talking to any of us ever again, we are sick of you. haha jk man.
  14. thats friggin hilarious
  15. i would have hit the guy in the nose if he told me 330 bucks. thats fuckin rediculous. if they told you 130 then i cant imagine how it would have ended up being 330.
  16. very true.
  17. thats no joke. get on cycletrader and do a search in your area. i bet there will be a ton of banshees for sale at very good prices.
  18. Or section(s). word
  19. i would just take them to a shop or something to have them honed. if you want to try and do it yourself im sure that you can. there may even be a post about how to do it. like 0banshee1 said, try a search and see what you can find.
  20. i think pro flow makes a kit for them, but i dont know if that will help you any. so you want the foam filter to bolt up to what you have now?? if you have a stock air filter plate couldnt you just buy the foam filter and use some kind of big ass hose clamp to secure it to the plate?? as for reinforcing the foam filter can you use the stock reinforcement deal for the filter? its been so long since i had the stock one i cant hardly remember what it looks like.
  21. that thing is straight porno. all it needs is some tassles with some airbrushed boobs and it would be complete. i would like to have one, just not jacked up so high.
  22. yea i know. better be safe than sorry, surfing the web can be very dangerous. especially with all those pop-ups. wouldnt want one poppin up and nailing you in the eye. you wearing your goggles too?
  23. lol
  24. i would definetely have wheels powdercoated over using a bomb can. its gonna be alot more durable. i dont see how its even worth using spray paint. surely powdercoating a set of rims cant be that much money. my frame was only 150 bucks.
  25. 3000 for a 2002 sounds like a pretty good deal to me, especially if its all stock. that way you know what you are getting and can mod the shit out of it yourself. personally id rather get a stock one and do the work myself, just because i know whats done to it. you can prolly find a 2001 or 2002 on cycletrader thats got some mods for that price. it all just depends on what you are looking for. you wanna do some wrenching yourself and make sure its all done how you want it, or do you just wanna buy something and ride it??
