  1. dont know what kind of riding you are gonna be doing but i loved my toomey t5's. they performed really well and sounded sweet. also, if you use sst pipes i think you have to use the sst silencers.
  2. how big of a trailer?? what are you using the aluminum for?? i guess when i built my trailer i used 3/16" steel for everything. im sure that made it a lot more expensive. i use mine for hauling my mower and shit so it goes thru a lot of abuse.
  3. yea hopefully like harleys. them damn things only appreciate it seems.
  4. just a single. I make my own using 2 3/8" .190 pipe and a hub setup from a local supplier, it's good for 6,000 lbs. did you say you were gonna build one for only 300 bucks?? i dont see how this can be done. 3 years ago when i built my 6 x 10 i spent about 900. maybe i didnt understand how you were going about building it.
  5. yea you can plug it no problem. if its a really small hole and you think a plug will be too much, just get a small screw and screw it in. it will hold air and prolly never come out. ive had to do this many times. i usually use a sheet metal screw NOT a self tapper.
  6. does she approve of you riding? does she like to go? we need to see some pictures and well let you know if we approve
  7. looks pretty sick. needs some more yellow to match. cant wait to see it with the yellow frame and swingarm.
  8. most everyone you will talk to says not to reuse them. i have had my head off my cr500 banshee severeal times and each time reused the head gasket. ive never once had a problem. i think its gonna depend on how bad of shape its in. mine has never looked bad, so i just reuse it. it doesnt suck any antifreeze so i guess ill just keep using it.
  9. ive got a coolant bottle and all motor mounts. you got anything to trade??
  10. about 50 here, ground still wet from 3 weeks ago. it was so windy today i didnt even wanna walk outside. im ready for some nice weather.
  11. here lately i have been hearing that more and more people are using foam filters. i have a k and n in mine now, and i prolly wouldnt change it, but my yfz450 came with a foam one. it seems like it works pretty well and its simple to clean. i think its really all personal preference.
  12. people aroundhere buy a quad and drive around friday and saturday nights with it in their trucks. they dont ride. it really irritates me. i used to have quite a few people to ride with, but all they do now is talk about riding. bunch of *****s
  13. i always liked my toomey t5's. get an aftermarket intake setup, rejet and ride. you should decide first whether you plan to go a long way with the mods. if you plan on porting sometime down the road then id plan now for pipes and such. just a thought to keep in mind.
  14. always check here before you go to the dealership. its more than likely someone here knows exactly what you are asking and how to fix it. we have all been that route. its much too expensive to have someone fix your bike all the time. come here, ask questions, go ride.
  15. haha that sucks. so i take it you didnt get the girls numbers??
  16. get your hands on a front end skid loader such a a case 1845, 90xt or equivalent and you will be in business. ive made some huuge jumps with ours. then i proceeded to injur myself. so back down they came.
  17. we need to know what gearing you are running. i used to run 12/41 gearing and i would climb pretty much any hill in 3rd. that was with toomey t5s. they pulled hard on the top, but i was geared low enuf to pull 3rd when going slow.
  18. yea, they were horse drawn with wooden wheels. the powerband wasnt quite as noticeable back then tho.
  19. definetely worth the money. it works very well and a bottle will last you a long time because you dont have to use much. go get some and try it.
  20. need an ac racing front bumper. im looking for the new style pull back with mud screen.
  21. stock plastic sure takes a beating and stays together. ive had really good luck with mine. its been rolled numerous times and ive never cracked stock plastic. guess thats why its so damn much money.
  22. id have to say 2003 or 2004. the reb/ black and red/yellow are sweet for 2003. but then again the new white with red frame is awesome looking. then theres the all black le banshee. it looksreally sweet with some bling. its hard to say, i just love them all
  23. well it doesnt sound as if the ac pro pegs are worth a shit. ill check out the gibsons. thanks guys.
  24. theres so much its hard to think about it all. i got 3 quads and none are stock. in base price alone i have 18,000 in the 4 wheelers. that really seems like a rediculous amount of money. oh well, thats what i looove to spend money on.
