  1. like ssandemon said. pull the cylinders off first. then youll have to take apart your clutch setup and take the basket off. your flywheel and stator plate must come off as well. eventually youll be able to split the cases. i would really recommend getting a clymers for your first time. i have done mine so many times i just throw all the nuts and bolts in a bag until im ready to put it back together. its not nearly as hard as you would think.
  2. i would just save yourself a ton of money and go ahead and buy a good clutch. ive been runnin the street bike clutch now for a while and its never slipped once on my 77hp 4mm stroker. you can get them from Jeff @ FAST racing in holton kansas. for the springs, steels and fibers it costs 95 + shipping. give him a call @ 1-785-364-5325. tell him Tyler Clark gave u the number.
  3. so you want more low end than top end? do you do any dragging?
  4. they are worthless and only take up space...dont waste ur money.
  5. cool designs but i didnt know what it said until the very last one. id go with something easier to read..
  6. i had a toyota truck for my first vehicle. ran great and no problems. got good gas mileage too..those new tacomas are pretty damn sweet for sure..
  7. cubs are NOT play cylinders. i rode 01bansheeke's bike with the cubs and the power comes on around 6000 rpm. thats not what you want for dickin around and trail riding. when the powers comes on it comes on hard and violently. they are drag and maybe dune cylinders.
  8. what kind of power are you looking for? what kind of riding do you do? i can recommend a lot of good people but need to know what you are going for.
  9. i bent up a wrench to go up under the pipe. works fine. or i go thru the front. either way its no big deal. as for the power on my 4mm stroker the rockets came on earlier, pulled harder thru the mid range and kept pulling where the cpi's signed off...
  10. im sure david noss would sell u a couple. i think his whole kit is like 16 bucks...
  11. keep the banshee for dragging and buy a 450 for mx...

  16. hows he gonna do that when he cant catch him??
  17. yea right. once u get drinking u wont stop. there is no moderation with u, ive seen u drink
  18. good luck man. ppl dont get rid of fullbores too often. i got lucky over on PS and got my front black fullbores on the cr500 banshee for 185 shipped. i jumped on that quick. watch over there, thats your best bet.
  19. yea id say its got something to do with the carrier tube itself. no way in hell my will spin in there when tight. does the carrier fit pretty snug in there without claming the carrier tube down?
  20. yea i think there is some corrosion that happens in there. you never use all the travel of that piston and im sure it gets corroded in there.
  21. hehe you had to ask me huh? its the street bike clutch that fits in the fj600 street bike. dont know the name brand of the clutch but let me tell u its flippin sweet. no more slippage whatsoever. if u guys want a number of the guy to call for this let me know and ill post it up.
  22. sounds like something id want to happen..not!! i cant imagine having to purge it everytime i ride. fuck that shit.
