that big hex bolt is more like 33mm i think. you can use a big ass bolt to get it out. in ever tighten them more than finger tight. oh yea, it comes out from the top. -

i have a 4mm cub motor with jeffs clutch. i run it at hillclimbs and i am very hard on it. its never slipped once. not even on the dyno. im guessin mine to make right around 90 hp. i think that clutch wouldwork great. what stroke you goin with?

never had a gasket fail. ive even reused the same one 2 or 3 times.

personally id talk to a builder and ditch the spacer plate...then explore your options.

ive never run anything but klotz. i have run it at 40:1 with 110 and now same ratio with 100 sunoco oxygenated. never had any problems..

take the tube off the end of the silencer and bam, you got stingers. most silencers consist of the tub with packing, and the stinger tube. just leave the things together. i promise itll sound good..

exactly. and without all this other stuff a 4mm crank wont even be worth it. itll never run to its full potential. for the money you spend on a 4mm crank you can spend on a good port job and some other aftermarket shit...

i would seriously not go with out frames if you plan on duning. seems like just something else to get ripped off or stab you in the leg if something happens. id go with some in frame rockets, shearers or cpi...by the way, k and t does excellent work. they did a hell of a job on my cr500 banshee...
