you say that jokingly but i swear it works..i used to have this compaq comp that would fuck up all the time. so eventually i just got tired of it and when it fucked up id throw a chair at the cpu..it would then work great for a few weeks when id have to throw the chair at it again...
yea cases have to be trenched..i think most places charge around 100 bucks to do it.
arent the 7mm cranks quite a bit more expensive than the 4mm? a lot of people on PS say why go 7mm when you can go 10mm for the same price...and i have heard the 10mm cranks are up around 1000 bucks. 600 bucks could be a deciding factor for sure...
you are in luck!!!
4mm, 68mm bore, 35mm pwk's, rockets, vf2's, k & n clamp ons
162 main, 45 pilot.
i would assume that there would be very little difference in the jetting between your stock stroke and my 4mm. maybe a main jet size...
yea i talked to nate a few times. hes def a cool guy who takes his time with you. only thing i didnt like about his setups were the fact they dont use a wiseco piston. its some race car designed picton or some shit...might be great but i have no experience with them so i am leary of them...
i think id wait unless you know the builder can get you the shit you need in a reasonable amount of time...i hear those cubs are a pain sometimes to get...
clean up is all youll need. my bike fuckin rips. wait till sept and ride my shit, then determine for yourself(if u can wait that long). im very impressed with my a & s clean up and cant imgaine too much more out of these cylinders. if i were only draggin then yea, but the cleanups are workin out great for me...
dude you are makin this way harder than it is. drill it out and retap it to the next size up. theres no need to cut or weld anything...sounds like a hack job to me to cut and weld some wack ass nut and washer combo on there when you can drill and tap another bolt size and no one will ever notice it.
