there you go. i would never get rid of my 450. once you have one its hard to let it go. i do all my messin around, trail riding and a lot of hillclimbing on it. most of this stuff im not even gonna attempt on my banshee...

i use bel rap 10w 40 motor oil. i use that same shit in my 450 and in the 600rr..hell i use it in my f4i too..

i agree. it should run with stock carbs...there is nothing in your pipes is there? i had a problem kinda like this one time. bike would idle ok and rev a little but no WOT..turns out i forgot to pull one of the rags out of the pipe cuz i didnt see it.it was stuck back by the silencer. took it out and it was good then...just a thought. weirder shit has happened have u tested for an air leak?? might as well rule that out even tho i dont think those are symptoms of one...

this is very true. at the HQ ride i had like 170s in my "bigger" cub motor..it ran like shit so i was thinknig bigger jets but the plugswere black. ended up dropping way back down to a 160 and it ran alot better besides the sweet cutting out on the top due to my pipes(i think)...maybe try some 300 mains in there and see what happens...have you checked your plugs yet???
