i like the big bar trailtech setup. i run it on all my bikes. they are very strong bars but will give in case of a hard rollover. im with john on this one, id rather bent the bars than the stem or frame...

u sure stock one will work with a +4 stock carrier? i know itll work for round carrier cuz the brake caliper gets moved forward, but will it stretch that far for stock style??

this seems pretty weird. eric ported a kx85 cylinder for me about a month ago. he told me it would take 3 weeks and it was actually less than that. when i first called him about it he answered the phone, as he always does. after a few weeks he contacted me to let me know that it was on the way. 2 days later it was here. have you left a message with him? is his business line still working??

they can and do gum up. ive had it happen to me before..they didnt have a real good reason why either...junk dyno maybe?? wakeboarder, your pilot seems huge. in allthe pwk carbs ive ever run at 1000 feet above sea level we have run either 45 or 48 pilots..you might wanna drop that down to at least 50s since you say its runnin rich at idle...

pop the line off and see if its flowin fast. if the stream is the same as the ID of the hose then id say you got good flow...

what are you gonna eat that day? that will determine rider weight and wind resistance...

i think id run a +4 and no more than +6..i ran a +4 on my 4mm cub for a year and didnt have many problems..this was at dirt hillclimbs..in the sand it wasnt bad either..

man thats a bitch when u gotta do that...seems a little rough but with some work it should be fine. a propane torch will take those stress marks out. dont get too close with it or itll bubble...

might run out of fuel on a wide open throttle run if you run it for a while...id invest in bigger carbs asap..i would go with at least 33mm pwk but 35 would be ideal...
