ive been running knarlys for a couple years now and ride them in my hillclimbs, on the road, rocks, creeks, trails, tree roots and ive never had any problems with them. they most certainly havent ever fallen apart or melted..

i wouldnt want a straightened bent axle. i dont see how thats gonna hold up properly..

that might be a little bit of a harsh statement.. im sure there are a lot of worthwhile organizations on there that do mean something. im on myspace. i use it to keep in touch with people who dont live around me anymore. sometimes people dont have time to pick up a phone or whatever. its nice to be able to drop in a message and they can get back to you when they have time..so to say its for "faggets and lil kids" might be a little extreme.. by the way, faggets is spelled faggots..

id say thats pretty good starting jetting. in all the pwk carbs ive used i generally settle with 42-48 pilot and 158-162 main. im guessing youll prolly end up dropping the pilot to a 45 but i bet the main will be damn near right on.

yes timing will have an affect on it. better run the 50/50

knarlys are one of the best tires out there...i run them on all my bikes.

id start at 330 or 340.

better to be too rich then too lean.

sounds lean to me. before you go flyin around in 6th gear i think id jet up to about a 330 and do a plug check.. what was your jetting before?

if you have 150 pounds id just run pump gas straight. you dont need high octane fuel.

yea id say as long as you didnt mess up the hole i wouldnt worry about the rest of it. ive kinda fucked up the pilots before too tryin to get them out. ive never had a problem.

i dont think theres gonna be any real good way to protect it. i mean even with some sort of rubber on there, if you hit something hard enough its either gonna bend the rim or scratch it. id say your best bet is just to not be hittin shit. :biggrin:

yea just make sure you get that new one on there right. the ones ive used dont fit the swingarm snug and ive had to use the sleeve. just a heads up.

you can def fix the threads but you need to find a way to get a hole in there for a cotter pin. otherwise the same thing could happen again..

something isnt right here. whats the legal limit of intoxication in your state? here in missouri its .08 and for drivers with a cdl its .04.. so unless you were driving extremely bad theres no reason why you should have gotten a DUI for that. at most since youre underage, a MIP possibly for having the beer. i think id be checking with a lawyer or something because the whole thing doesnt sound right. what reason did he have to stop you if you werent driving bad? i can go to wal mart and buy beer. if a cop sees me he cant pull me over for putting it in my truck. so something has to give here..
