  1. I have almost your exact setup with Shearers, and like them. They have killer power on higher RPM's
  2. I love my shearers, they sure hit hard on the top end.
  3. I just did mine about a month ago. It's a piece of cake, you just have to take the clutch cover off, then pull the clutch basket off, and there it is, it will just pull out of the case then slide the new one in. While you are doing this much you mine as well get the new shift shaft with it modded and a easy spring from Jeff at Fast. Deffinately do that since you are already replacing it.
  4. I agree with bansh-eman, you will have to take all the play out of it by cutting fenders, but of course fiberglass is always the way to go when you want to paint the shee different colors.
  5. I have one on my 421 cub motor and stock radiator, and has worked great so far with no overheating but I only have about 8 hours on the new motor. But from what I've been hearing from people on this site it is a good investment expecially since you already have the clutch cover off.
  6. I'm thinking of selling or trading for aftermarket Banshee parts my jato 3.3 Nitro RC Truck. It olny has about 2 hours on it since break in, it is in good shape, the only thing broke on it is the cover to the receiver box and part of the plastic frame is cracked but there are like 20 screws holding it on so that 1 wont hurt anything look at the pics. For those of you who don't know anything about the Traxxas Jato 3.3 just click on the link. http://www.traxxas.com/products/nitro/jato33/trx_jato33.htm Just make me offers fellas, holler if you have any questions about it. -Jato 3.3 truck, Controller, and everything else stock ones come with. (384.99) -Integy Aluminum Rear Lower Arm Blue Jato ($28.99) -Integy Aluminum Front Lower Arm Blue Jato ($28.99) -Integy Aluminum Rear Hub Carrier Blue Jato ($22.79) -Ni-Cd Charger and Battery -Fuel bottle
  7. Yes I got a direct drive lockout clutch from Jeff and did not get the pancake bearing mod. (BIG MISTAKE) Now I have to get a new clutch actuator, outter clutch hub, rod and ball. I only took it for one run, wot threw sixth gear and the clutch locked up I looked down and saw the actuator half way out of the case and the rod and ball were welded together. So let my bad experience be a lesson to you guys.
  8. I have 35mm pwk airstrikers for my cub (mods in sig). maybe 33mm pj's for you?
  9. Yea but it is all worth it, they are much nicer. Atleast your foot peg comes off, the guy who had my shee before me welded the damn thing on mine so I have to jack the engine up to get mine off. But with this lockup it is alot easier now.
  10. I've ran it and it runs good but I haven't done a plug chop yet, where i'm at I can only get to 4th gear till I run out of road and haven't made it to the river yet.
  11. Does my jetting look ok? 68mm cheetah cub, 4mil crank, 155 main, 45 pilot, needle 2nd clip from top, +5 timing, 3600ft sea level, temp mid 80s
