i can tear a whole engine apart and put it back together in about 3 hours. if you at least get the rod out of there you can have a new rod, ball and pancake bearing on order.
blew my 10mm cub up at LS when we went. didnt know until i tried to get it running last weekend. i think a crank seal went bad or something. who knows. gotta tear the whole motor down now!
will the clutch arm twist? if so, the rod is probably all fucked up in there and not letting the arm come out. if it wont twist you could have welded the rod to the clutch arm. either way its gonna be a motherfucker gettin it out.

what the fuck?! i seriously doubt thats gonna be usable after the nut comes off. youd have to take a grinder or a torch to it. prolly be better of buying a new shaft for it.
why do you wanna ass displacement? its not going to do anything for you power wise. only bore when you need to. if you want power you need to look at porting, carbs, pipes, reeds, etc...
if he fucked up then he should make it right. you shouldnt be out ANY amount of money on this. you should have every fuckin penny of your money back. i guarantee i wouldnt settle for paying out my hard earned money for absolutely nothing..
