  1. i have a raptor with a 600rr engine in it. its an awesome dune bike. plenty of power for play racing and hittin the dunes. plus it sounds sweet in the sand.

  4. quit being cheap and just go buy a mityvac to have on hand! i think i paid 25 or 30 bucks for mine and ive used the hell out of it. its never taken more than 5 mins to bleed my brakes and get them nice and crisp..
  5. best way to tell is to pull a cylinder and check it out for yourself. 10mm can be done with stock cylinders and head, you just rarely see them anymore. its more likely a 4mm motor. also, why would you wanna ruin the power of a 4mm or 10mm motor with a 2 into 1 carb? i just dont understand why people wanna run those things.

  7. id suggest 18 up front and 39 in the rear.. that should get you about where you wanna be. add another boost bottle and you can gain a little more torque from it. remember, the bigger boost bottle the better.
  8. i dont understand the mattoon cases. take that 2g's and put it in suspension or somewhere else. the cases are not needed. the 10mm will fit comfortably in your stock cases, and itll only cost about 100 bucks to get them trenched.

  12. id prolly pull the motor apart unless you can pull the motor out and use a pressure washer to blow the shit out. this will work alright as long as the pieces didnt weld themself to the crank case. there isnt much to those motors so it prolly wouldnt take long to tear it down. might be worth the while just to do it. then bore that bitch and new piston and youre set.

  17. yes you will notice. you wanna be careful now that youre adjusting the timing. you may or may not need to start mixing a higher octane fuel with your gas.
  18. yup, prolly a crank seal. might as well replace all the seals if you have to tear down.
  19. i would grab some 27.5 pilots just in case, but you might be able to get away with the stockers. id grab main jets from 280 to 320. i think you should be able to get away with just those for your elevation and any temperature. also, i would ditch the boost bottle. its not gonna help you on performance and just clutters up the engine area.
