i found a big nut one time that fit pretty snug in there. then i welded a bolt to it so that i could just use a socket wrench to turn it out. make sure your powder coater covers that area before he sprays it. otherwise its a bitch to get thing screwed back down in there.

it very well could be seized on the bearings. try using some wd-40 or another lubricant over night to see if itll loosen up. otherwise, you may be forced to beat it out with a BFH. there are away of doing it without damaging the threads on the pivot bolt, but if its seized too bad you might end up having to buy another one.

ive got the exact setup except for pipes... im running. 45 pilots, 160-162 main jets depending on temp. if you wanna be safe on your break in you could start at 48 pilot and 165 main, and then drop down some if necessary.

ive dealt directly with elka before and they are pretty nice people. you could probably send them to elka directly and have it done.
