  1. yea, you can cut it off and probably thread a nut on there..
  2. PM jeff on here.. FASTOYS is his name. he can get you whatever you need.
  3. there is a steering stop down at the bottom of your steering stem. it is part of the frame, kind of a u-shaped piece. sometimes they get worn down or bent back.. look at that.. if that seems to be fine and the stops on the stem are hitting it ok, then you probably have a bent tie rod.
  4. why do you want to bore your cylinders out that much? boring will not increase your power significantly and should only be used when necessary.. as for the 4mm crank, you DO NOT have to trench your cases for it. its a drop in crank. 7mm and up you do have to trench cases, 4mm you do not.
  5. just buy a new caliper.. PM "NYUK" here on HQ. he prolly has a couple laying around. hes a straight up dude when it comes to used parts.
  6. what did jeff recommend? he can probably tell you better than anyone what would be best.. your weight will be a factor as well.
  7. go up to a 19cc or 20cc dome and your compression will drop. 185 is getting up there, but not unheard of..
  8. i would definitely recommend one with anything larger than stock carbs..
  9. he doesnt have a website.. its called over the hill racing. troy is 20 mins west of st. joe. you would come up 29 highway, then west on 36 highway for about 20 mins. its really easy to find. here is another video of troy and some hills in minnesota..
  10. i would take that shit back to him.. did he cut you a break since he fucked up? PCing is not an area where you want a guy fuckin up. that can cause a lot of problems.
  11. be glad it sold.. that thing wasnt worth 4 grand.
  12. good powdercoaters will put plastic plugs in there while they sprap it, then you dont have that kinda bullshit.
  13. yea, good suspension helps.. yea, me and my brother have both made that gap. you gotta be fuckin haulin ass off the line and up that first hill to gap that shit. we are the only ones that have ever made it. if you do it, and its smooth... youll shave like 2 tenths off your time. last year at the kansas championship i was winning until the 2nd round when my brother ran a 6.06 and another guy had like a 6.09.. i told the announcer i needed a 5.9 to win it.. sure as fuck i jumped that thing perfect, and crossed with a 5.98.. it was wild.. thats the hill record.. yea thats the craptor..
  14. youre supposed to have a kill switch, but its not gonna keep you from running if you dont.
  15. i have a 2010 model on order..
  16. where is the hole located? is it on a tread or in between? for small holes in between i have used small pan head screws before to seal them up. that way you dont have to make the hole any bigger than it already is. if its on the tread youre probably gonna have to plug it, and then cut it off so that it doesnt rip out. if its in the sidewall you can use either method.
  17. hillclimbs.. i dont need them when im tryin to go fast uphill. example.
  18. thats not entirely true. have you ever felt a t-rex piston?
  19. just take them off. who needs rear brakes anyway??
  20. me too. to the bedroom i gooooo!!!
  21. ouch.
  22. haha nice.
  23. dont know the dude at all, but gregrob seems like a total ass clown. its scary to think he got curt's old bike.. last time i remember that thing would run pretty hard. hell prolly just fuck it up.
